Beautiful Beach House in Popular Windy Hill Beach! 2 Minute Walk To Beach!

Welcome to the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach, and thank you for your interest in our home away from home!!

Our private beach house is in a beautiful and quiet residential neighborhood centrally located in North Myrtle Beach and situated just 2 blocks from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean (just a short 2 minute walk from the driveway to the beach!)

Our house is a 4 bedroom, spacious 2 floor home in a private, quiet neighborhood setting with a private, fenced in back yard with patio, grilling area, and outdoor shower. Our home is well maintained and decorated in a beach theme, frequently visited by the owners for regular maintenance and updates. There is also a large screened in porch/balcony on the second level that spans completely across the front of the house! A beautiful spot for morning coffee.

The first floor features a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed plus a twin bed. There is also a family room room area with a 65" TV and a laundry room on the first floor.

The second floor features a kitchen and dining area, also with some additional seating with a TV. The third bedroom on the second floor includes a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has a full size bed. There is also a screened porch/balcony on the second floor that spans across the front of the house.

The home also includes broadband wireless internet service and TV service provided by Spectrum.

Our kitchen is bright and is fully stocked with all appliances including full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, plus several small appliances. Our home also has full size appliances including a washer and dryer.

Outside is an open, fenced in (with privacy fence) back yard.....perfect for evening get togethers with family and friends.

Within a very short 2 minute walk to the beach, there is access to the beach with a very nice public access point including outdoor showers for rinsing sand and bathrooms.

High speed broadband wireless internet access provided by Spectrum is also included at no additional charge!!!

Our home is non-smoking. In addition, no pets are allowed. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to these rules.

Our home is in a quiet, family oriented, residential area that is centrally and conveniently located with many attractions to satisfy all. Nearby there are lots of golf courses, miniature golf, water sports, deep sea fishing, shopping, restaurants, and live entertainment.

Nearby you will find Barefoot Landing, Duplin Winery, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and restaurants including Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Hamburger Joe's and Joe's Bar and Grill. There is also shopping at Tanger Outlet and Colonial Mall within a short drive. Fishing piers are close by.

Also close by you will find Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Legends in Concert, Broadway at the Beach, Myrtle Waves waterpark, and more, not to mention a ton of restaurants!
