Ramsgate Harbour is a wonderful place to relax! It is located on the quiet west end off Front Beach Road and the corner of Highway 98. Our condo is in a prime location on the beach with easy and quick access to almost any form of activity, entertainment, shopping, and dining available.
The Condo is on the second floor and has a Townhome layout with private balconies off the living room, and the master bedroom with both overlooking the beach and pool. Included are two reserved beach chairs & an umbrella on the beach (when available during season). There is only one unit below our unit #51 and we have covered parking below the entire complex at ground level which is available on a first-come first-serve basis. The complex is a low-rise three floor complex with approximately 500 feet of private beach front spanning the complex.
Unit has new tile floors throughout. The entry opens into a beautiful Kitchen on the left with new stainless appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops, and on the right you'll find the laundry area complete with washer and dryer, and there's also a beautiful half bath. Keep walking towards the beach and you'll find a nice bar off the kitchen counter and the Dining Room area. Finally, you'll be in the Living Room area with a wall-mounted 60 inch flat screen TV, a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and then walk right out to the Private Balcony overlooking the pool and beach on the first level. To get to the bedroom area, you'll just walk up the stairs and you'll first find the linen closet, to the right is the Master Bedroom with king bed, private balcony, TV, and a beautiful bathroom with tile shower and double vanity. Just down the hall is the second full bathroom with a combined shower and tub, and a bedroom with double bed and trundle. The condo can sleep 6 when using the Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room. We have cable & Wifi.
Our unit has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you should need except for food/drinks/condiments, that is, if you plan on eating in!
Our unit #51 is located near the pool, giving you the ability to watch the children while they're in the pool, or, when they're on the beach, while sitting in either of the two private balconies. The pool has a pool-house with restrooms, a covered area, and a charcoal grill area for those that would like to grill out. There are also outdoor showers on the walk-way near the pool that are available to wash off the sand when you come back in from the beach.
When you're ready to get out and explore, you can quickly and easily access all attractions by way of HWY 98. You can drive to Pier Park in 10 minutes (Mall, Shops, Restaurants, Pier, 16 room movie theater), Seaside is a 15 minute drive, Miniature golf in 20 minutes, and two great golf courses in 10 to 15 minutes. There's a yummy donut shop down the street called Thomas' Donut but get there early because they sell out of the good donuts quickly. Two other good local restaurants are the SunnySide Grille and the Sandbar located down the street about 5-10 minutes. Bayou Bill's is just across the street, along with a Publix, a bank, and a Winn Dixie. The International Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

New tile and plumbing fixtures throughout condo; New HVAC with digital thermostat; New kitchen cabinets, double sink, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. New 60 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV in living room. Half bath downstairs has new vanity with granite countertop. Master Bathroom has new tile shower and double vanity with granite countertop. Second bathroom has new tub, tile, and vanity with granite countertop. The front door has a new digital electronic entry which means no more keeping up with keys.

First let me say that I have stayed in various areas and properties of PCB since we visit annually. This Property has to be my favorite for many reasons with the first being that it is away from the congestion and chaos that "the other end" of Front Beach Road offers. Its very quiet, feels somewhat secluded yet a short drive to anything, The condo its self is nicely decorated and furnished. I am very picky and this property exceeded my expectations. The biggest con is the hike up the stairs since there is no elevator, however its worth it & let's be honest, we all need the exercise! This property has a permanent spot on my favorites list!
