Condo en bord de mer, une escapade parfaite.

Belle Sea Isle City, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain pour six personnes. Comprend un espace de stationnement privé et six balises de plage.

Il est à seulement quelques portes de la piscine et dispose d'une terrasse en bord de mer qui peut facilement accueillir six personnes.

Le condo a deux salles de bain complètes, deux chambres et un salon pouvant accueillir six personnes. Il a:

- une reine dans la chambre principale
- deux lits simples dans la 2ème chambre
- un grand lit gigogne dans le salon. Il s'agit d'un retrait confortable, acheté l'année dernière.

La cuisine a de nouveaux appareils, équipés de vaisselle et de verrerie assez pour une famille.

Réveillez-vous avec un magnifique lever de soleil, à quelques pas de l'océan et juste au bout du couloir d'une magnifique piscine, ouverte du Memorial Day à la fête du Travail.

Sea Isle est un endroit idéal pour une famille, de bons restaurants et des endroits pour faire du shopping. Le condo a l'air central et le chauffage ... Merveilleux pour des vacances d'été hebdomadaires ou une escapade d'un week-end d'hiver!

Toutes les locations commencent le samedi, arrivée après 15h, linge de lit et de bain non inclus. Le service de linge est disponible moyennant un supplément.

Beautiful Beach stay(BB stay)

The location was excellent, the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and answered every problem as needed , only thing was the Parking, you are in a garage and it’s secure, the only problem is I have a large SUV and you have to park between two pillars, this was very difficult! But my husband and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you Jack you made our trip very nice. .

Wonderful week in SIC!

Condo is as described in both owner’s and reviewer remarks. Lovely beach view and awesome balcony that we enjoyed throughout the day and evening. Great location, parking and amenities. Kids loved renting bikes and exploring town. Safe, clean, charming and fun. Planning to stay at Jack’s again next summer!

Location is the best! The view is spectacular! The Condo Unit is older built probably in 70’s. Very clean. Carpet very stained. Furniture is older & definitely for an investment property. Check in was difficult since I had to go up realty office & owner forgot to tell real estate office I was coming. I had to wait. Parking spot was very small & tight between two pillars. You need a very am car. The beach & pool were wonderful. I was able to walk to restaurants & many places.

All you need

Condo was older but clean and had all amenities. The pool was about 30 feet away from our door and beach was 1 level below us by elevator and short walk. Large patio with seating and umbrella over the table. Restaurants close by and Wawa. Jittney was a 1 block walk to catch it. $2 per person to get to places farther away. All 5 of us agreed we would book this place again for comfort and access to everything. Building was families or senior’s no rowdy or loud young people which was perfect.

Great views

Condo is right on the oceanfront with great views. Being on the second floor, the balcony was a bit wider which was nice. Condo was as described and the owner was very pleasant to interact with. The living room and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms could use an update but everything was functional. We enjoyed our stay.

Easy access to the beach, and everything you could want, or need during your stay is in walking distance. The owner of the home was incredibly accommodating. Would recommend this to family and friends.

WHAT A VIEW!

Loved, loved, loved our time on this property. The view/balcony alone is worth every penny-hubby & I spent most of our time there. Steps to the beach and center of town; loved having a pool! Jack, the owner, went above and beyond & we all liked him instantly; gave us a rundown of the place and even supplied some paper products!! What more can I say except we will rent again here/from him!

Wonderful stay

We had an absolute wonderful stay! The view was Amazing! The property owner was incredibly helpful. We felt like we had known him a very long time 😊 We took a dolphin cruise in Cape May on the Dolphin Whale Watcher. We saw many pods of dolphins and a beautiful sunset!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It sleeps 6 and there was plenty of room for an additional 2 people. Jack was nothing short of amazing. He was responsive, helpful, courteous and kind. The place was stocked with so many of the things you need but don't think to bring (trash bags, paper towels, paper plates, etc.). Location was excellent. View was wonderful.

Sea Isle City is our home away from home.

It's our first time staying at the Spinnaker and Jack's place was awesome. Loved the view, the pool, place was sparkling clean, check in was easy peasy, he even helped us move our stuff in. It was great to have beach chairs, tags, umbrella and cart already their. A few less things to bring. We highly recommend this unit and Jack. A few small call out's and I mean small: need a better cork screw and some mixing bowls would be nice. Hey, if that's all I have to fuss about, life is good! Smile your in Sea Isle!

Place was plenty big for our family of four. The view of the beach was amazing and location to the pool was perfect for this hot week. Jack was great to work with, easy to get a hold of and really cares to make your stay enjoyable! Would definitely rent again!

Great Condo and the host was fantastic to work with.

I spent this past weekend in Sea Isle City for the Polar Bear Plunge. This Condo was the perfect location. Close enough to the center of town where all the action is. Perfect views of the ocean and beach on the extended balcony. The condo itself was beautiful, with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable!

Very nice condo, very well appointed, good location

Just as advertised. In fact, better, as the apartment/condo has everything you could need: soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, salt, pepper -- everything but the most perishable items. So many rentals make you bring these things yourself. The two bedrooms were very nice. The TV and WiFi worked great. There are too many such things to list here. Everything works, everything is fine. Nothing shoddy. Jack was great letting us in and explaining the lay of the land. There are useful stores on the first level. The patio was great and the view excellent. Very close to the beach. There was plenty of easy parking in the ground level garage for our two cars. However, inquire carefully about this if you have two cars during high season. The pool closes after Labor Day. I haven't been on the Jersey shore for a long time, but this trip reconfirmed an old opinion: Sea Isle City is the nicest of the communities on the shore. (Unless of course you like the hubbub of Atlantic City and such places.) The north end of the island has a delightful large natural area.
