BLU TIDES is a spacious ranch-style 2,000 Sq.ft cottage that has been rebuilt and entirely renovated in May 2015. This luxurious vacation home rental was redesigned with every detail meticulously considered in order to provide our guests the ultimate vacation experience. We don't want to just meet your expectations, we want to exceed them!

BLU TIDES is located OFFSHORE, a 10 mins drive to Avalon town and closest beach where you can always find a spot within beach block on any street (Parking is free in Avalon). As a courtesy to our guests, we provide up to 6 free beach tags to allow unlimited access to beaches on the 7-mile Island (Avalon and Stone Harbor).

You are also close to Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, Wildwood Boardwalk, Ocean City Boardwalk, Historic Cape May, Atlantic City and so much more! Enjoy everything the shore has to offer in this immaculate home with numerous upgrades and amenities. When not at the beach, shopping, dining, golfing or enjoying many of the local attractions, relax in your own private enclave located close enough to the beach yet tucked away from the crowded island. Also worth mentioning, the convenience of an ACME supermarket located right across the street.

The home features a stunning main living area with vaulted ceilings, a high end kitchen with granite counter tops and an island with additional seating. The dining room table seats 8. Premium furniture and mattresses throughout the home. Flat screen TV's in every bedroom. Every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. Two of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, the third bedroom has a bathroom located across the hall. Full size washer and dryer laundry room. A separate media room for the kids with large flat screen TV, comfy seating, video and board games. Two sets of sliders take you out to the expansive deck and patio area complete with lounge chairs, dining table, grill and an outdoor shower with hot/cold controls. The custom, heated in-ground pool and spa is sure to give you and your family much enjoyment!

Media Room: BLU TIDES has an open media room where the kids can enjoy their own special space. A large wall mounted flat screen TV, comfortable seating and fun games are among this rooms' highlights.

Main Living Area: Spacious open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, fully equipped high end kitchen with island, dining area and living room with large wall mounted flat screen TV surrounded by comfortable seating. The perfect gathering spot to relax after a fun day at the beach!

PING PONG Table & Winmau DART Board: we just converted the garage in a 20' x 20' play room by adding a new brand new STIGA Swedish Tennis table (and 4 paddles) that sits on anti-slippery vinyl floor. There is also a wall-mounted Winmau English Dart Board (and darts) *** Not for Children.

A PÉTANQUE or BOCCE court was completed in Spring 2017. The 40'x11' court will provide countless hours of fun with a Mediterranean twist. Inquire about game set availability.

HEATED POOL & SPA (open from May to September):
This home has a fabulous outdoor area showcasing a beautiful, custom designed pool and spa. The pool has a unique sun shelf area perfect for little ones to play and adults to lounge. An expansive deck with propane gas grill, outdoor table and chairs as well as chaise lounges around the pool provide outdoor living at its best!

Avalon is the closest beach. Turn left out of the driveway and you'll be at the 30th street beach in Avalon in 4 miles. Avalon and Stone Harbor feature premier, guarded beaches, wonderful boutique shops, spas, tennis, biking, kayaking, fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, amazing restaurants and night life, ice cream parlors, miniature golf, as well as great family events scheduled throughout the season.

AtShoreService linen company will deliver cool, clean & crisp high quality bed linens and bath towels to the home prior to your arrival. For this home, you will receive 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Full and 1 Twin sheet sets with pillowcases along with 12 bath towel sets (set = 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth). This service is optional. If you do not wish to receive the service please plan to bring your own linens and bath towels to use during your stay.
