While approaching the front door, you will be in awe of the views of the Intercostal Waterway (ICW). As you enter the condo, you will immediately be drawn to the Atlantic directly out the sliding glass door. It doesn’t stop there! In addition to all the common areas, EVERY bedroom and the master bathroom have incredible ocean views.

This condo is located on the top/3rd floor without accessibility of an elevator. Enjoying the incredible views does require some stair climbing, but you won’t be disappointed.

A-303 has been remodeled and professionally decorated. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need for your cooking choices. The dining table seats 6 with room for more at the counter, or take your meals outside on the covered deck to watch the dolphins swim.

Bed sizes include a Queen in the master, Queen in front bedroom, with a Queen/Twin Bunk Bed in the middle bedroom. Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided, so please bring your own or we can provide you with local rental companies that can supply linens.

Enjoy the amazing sunrise from the privacy of the condo. Leave your PJs on, take a few steps to the back deck and get better views than on the beach. In the evening, don’t miss the sunsets over the ICW from the front porch with an enjoyable beverage is in hand.

There is a community beach access at the bottom of the stairs. Your stay includes access to Queens’s Grant community amenities. Directly across the street is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool, open May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's playset and basketball area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while grilling. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is used on a first-come-first-serve basis.
