This comfortable 2 bedroom plus loft beach townhome is located in the beautiful area of Serenity Point, at the end of Topsail Beach. This home does not include linens and towels. You will need to bring your own, or order through a linen service. We recommend: www.sweetdreamslinen.com
Open living/dining kitchen with breakfast bar and comfortable seating walks out to deck to enjoy the natural dune setting and expansive views looking at the ocean, sound and the nature area. Upper level has two bedrooms and a sleeping loft accessed by a ladder. Easy beach and sound access from this fantastic home and a community pool makes this location perfect for your beach vacation in this very desirable South-end location. No guest pets permitted for 2025 season.

The townhouse was extremely well appointed and furnished. The kitchen had all the needed appliances plus extras to cook. Little extras too. Like extra pillows and blankets for comfort. The tv was set up to use all your apps. You could see the ocean and sound from the back deck.

Great Location and Dog Friendly!

Excellent location, sound beach access and ocean beach access were both a 5-10 minute walk, community pool was right across the street. We stayed with our two dogs and they had a dog gate on the deck so you could hang out on the deck and not worry about the dogs getting out. Any concern we had was addressed by the owner within an hour or two.

Great getaway

The house was in the most perfect spot! When we first got to the property we saw a few dead bugs but we assumed it had just been sprayed and we didn’t see any signs of another bug out entire stay! The property had everything we needed for our week stay. And had the most perfect sunsets on the entire island. We definitely spent the week making memories of a lifetime!

Heavenly location and nice house. Weak property manager.

No location could be nicer than Serenity Point. Quiet. Not many people in October. Very few people on the beach. Well stocked kitchen at this house. Some updates would be nice. Property manager--Myers Realty--was pleasant on the phone, but completely unreliable.

Wonderful Place!

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! An incredible location—gorgeous views from the deck and beach access at the end of the island where is was quiet even in peak times. A few things to note— a lot of steep stairs and a bit of a drive to any restaurants/ grocery stores. But if you come stocked, there is no reason to leave— it’s glorious!

Awesome location

The property is cozy and nice. Steps from the sound, 2 blocks walk to private beach access. Community is very dog friendly and the neighbors are all very friendly too. Go here!

Great overall - pool was closed

We loved the location of this property! Being at the southern tip of the island with access to the calm channel AND the beach was ideal! The size was perfect for my husband, five-year-old and two other family members that joined for a couple of nights. The back deck provided amazing sunsets for our cocktail hour each night! The outdoor shower was so great at the end of the day to wash off the salt and sand. We also found the property well-stocked with kitchen utensils and extra items-which is so helpful! Two of the factors that lead us to select this property 1. that is was pet friendly(we were so happy to bring our pup) and 2. that there was a pool. To our disappointment the pool was CLOSED. This was never communicated prior to arrival therefore we were surprised and VERY disappointed as we told our son there would be a pool. I understand the need to be safe due to COVID but I do feel this should have been highlighted. Also it was made clear there was a steep fee for not being off property by 10a.m. the morning of check out. As we packed our car, there was someone there waiting at the end of the driveway watching to see if we were gone-which felt a little weird. Despite the aforementioned, we really enjoyed the property and location!

Beach vacation getaway

The location of this property is perfect for those looking to get away to the beach. A short walk to either the ocean side or the sound/inter coastal. If you bring your groceries with you on the way in there would be no reason to ever venture back to town! At the far end of the island so not the hustle and bustle that goes with surf city. Immaculate property with all the kitchen basics and then some. The pool was closed (I suspect related to Covid) and this was our only disappointment since we picked this spot primarily based on a pet friendly condo with pool access.
