The unique and modern furnished holiday house with pool consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area with kitchen and an additional toilet. You reach the upper floor via internal stairs and in the living room there is an access to the terrace with pool. Prepare delicious meal on the barbecue the garden while your children are playing undisturbed in the play area. Refresh yourself in the ocean at the nearby rocky beaches and just a little further, there are pebble beaches and a park with playground.
Great climate with more than 2700 sunny hours per year.
Excellent sea temperature also in preseason and postseason.

Lovely villa, brilliant week!

The villa is lovely! Very clean and very well equipped with everything (and more!) than you could possibly need. The garden and pool are perfect for relaxing and Yosip kindly put the heating on to take the edge off the chill. Yosip is very responsive to any questions you might have. It’s a great location, a few minutes walk to the supermarket, little beach, playground and restaurants. Easy to do daytrips too. We went out on a private boat for the morning to the Blue Lagoon and some neighbouring islands and enjoyed swimming, lunch and beautiful scenery (speak to Gordon, the details are in the villa). We had an excellent week and will definitely return in the future.

Einfach ein Genuss

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem Luxushaus. Einfach nur TOP!!!! Das Haus war perfekt vorbereitet, einfach alles war vorhanden. Die Anlage war super gepflegt, der Pool war auch beheizt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, nur 3 Minuten vom Strand und einem super Restaurant entfernt. Auch gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, die mindestens bis 20Uhr geöffnet haben. Wir haben den Urlaub einfach nur genossen.

Villa Elysium is real beautiful place in a hart of Dalmatia, in the middle of everything. On west side you can visit Krka waterfalls, Plitvice lakes, Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir. On east side there are old Salona, Split, Omiš, Makarska... Dubrovnik! Also behind villa is a beautiful mountain Kozjak. Finally, in front you can see beautiful sea with islands and take a boat tour to visit them!
