We fell in love with the Bradenton area twenty two years ago and decided to purchase this home as overflow for our other vacation property and for our families to enjoy. The proximity to Busch Gardens, Disney and the beach is what attracted us to this city. Whether you like to shop, golf, baseball with the Pirates, or enjoying local orange groves at Mixon Fruit Farms Bradenton has something to offer everyone that visits.

This home has it all, private backyard, community setting, centrally located, close to I-75, beaches, shopping, and close to downtown. Easy to hit the interstate and be at Prime Ellenton outlets in 10 minutes, Tampa in 45 minutes, or Orlando in 90 minutes, and the new mall at University Town Center is 10 min while IMG Academy is about 20 minutes away. This home has plenty of space for the whole family, grandchildren, 2 couples can fit comfortably and is located on a back street. The home itself is one of the best homes in this subdivision. The amenities are too many to list but the backyard oasis is one the best you will find without being directly on the beach. This home meets all of our extended families needs and there is plenty of room for the family dog to run in the backyard.

Backyard entertaining area that could easily fit 10 people for a fantastic Florida vacation. Really there is no need to go to the beach when everything you need is at this home. When you think of a Florida home and living the ultimate Florida lifestyle this home would fit the bill. You can open all 4 of the sliders and hear the pool from every room. The home is private with no back neighbors only two side neighbors. Easy commute to IMG, Orlando, Tampa, or Naples.
