Beautiful time at the beach

The place was just as shown on line. Wonderful location, pool and beautiful beach steps from your patio. Many dolphins were seen.

Welcome to paradise

Loved the view. It was awesome to walk out to the beach from the condo. Beautiful white sand beaches . My husband and I loved it. The host was available to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend this place!

Private relaxing beach access!

Such a relaxing stay! When we arrived the condo smelled amazingly clean. We are a family of three and we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Great location, easy parking! Super sweet host! Thank you for letting us stay!

Gorgeous spot

Gorgeous beach and the room is right on the beach. Great patio area with grill.. And there are rabbits that hop around outside your back. Door it was the cutest thing ever! Love this place we'll be back!

Awesome Beach Time

If you enjoy the beach and don't need a lot of space this place is for you. We enjoyed 4 days on Longboat Key with it's many amenities and especially the fine white sand beach. The condo was well equipped and just what we needed to relax. Thank you to Annette for being a great host.

Just 3 day, 4 night quick vacation with my wife & daughter's... Very quiet & peaceful area & beach just how we love it. The ocean & pool were both like bath water. Highly recommend staying!!!

Property is as advertised. Will book again when visiting the area. Owner is very good when communicating. The property for our needs as a family of four for two vacations now. LBK is the perfect spot for enjoying the beach. The proximity to St. Armand’s Circle, Sarasota, Bradenton, and AMI is also nice to things to do away from the beach.

Long Boat Key Weekend

First trip to AMI/Long Boat Key. Beautiful condo, less than 150-200’ from beachfront. Room was exactly as described and was perfect for myself and two daughters. The check in process was extremely easy, and communication with property owner was very clear and timely. I would definitely stay at this property over and over again. Note: beach chairs were provided on first come/first serve basis. A few community beach umbrellas were available also.

Excellent get away with my husband for my birthday!!

Really, we can't say one bad word about this condo!! If we HAD to, it would be there wasn't much glassware (cups). And that would really be nitpicking!!! We enjoyed every minute of staying there and were sad to leave! We will definitely be back! Annette, the host was wonderful as well.

What a wonderful and Cozy place . Wake up with the song of the ocean and open the door with beautiful rabbits looking at you waiting for breakfast . What a surprise ! I could expect turtles🐢, birds but rabbis it was definitely a plus. I cannot wait to Come back

Nice spot

Place was as advertised. Very quiet and relaxing on the beach. Very different than being in the hustle and bustle just north on AMI. Perfect for two adults looking for a getaway from the Midwest. Small kitchen allowed us to make breakfast and lunch in. In the evening dinners were a short drive away. We were contacted once by the owner to see how everything was. All in all would stay again

I am a retired widow who loves this area and the white sand beaches. I retired as a civilian from the Navy. I want to be sure that anyone who rents this unit has a great vacation. I grew up in TN, worked for the Navy in IN, and retired to FL. Undergraduate of Tennessee Tech, and Masters from Indiana University.

Why they chose this property

It is one, if not the only unit, that was for sale that looked directly at the gulf and with just a few steps (ground level), your toes are on the sand beach. No road to cross, no steps to climb, nothing to obstruct the view like other areas with high rises. The beach is uncrowded.
