Waterfront Bungalow! Enjoy Holidays at the Lake!

Wake up at Bluewater Bungalow in one of three cushy bedrooms: a king-size master suite, a queen guest bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. A split-level floor plan gives the master suite extra privacy with its own bathroom. (The other two bedrooms share a bath.)

Then meet in the kitchen for coffee and breakfast. This sunny and gorgeous space features quartz countertops, a custom backsplash, and a 6-person dining table + breakfast bar for 3. The kitchen opens to a living area with a nap-worthy sectional sofa, and an additional game room with a foosball table and other goodies.

After breakfast, head outside to nature's playground! Set directly on Lake Tawakoni on a big, lakefront lot with towering pines for privacy, the bungalow makes the most of its beautiful surroundings.

Fish from a private dock, leap into the lake for swimming, set off on the pair of kayaks we provide, or head out on your boat for some of the best fishing in Texas! Meanwhile, land-lovers can play yard games like beanbag toss or horseshoes on the pits we hand-built!

No need to stop playing if it rains—just take the games indoors, where you'll find a foosball table and an extensive collection of board games. There's also a futon in this area to sleep an extra guest.

Evenings are the most magical time at Bluewater Bungalow. Sit under the ceiling fan on outdoor lounge furniture to watch the sunset, then gather around the fire pit for s'mores. Just add fireflies in summer and moonlight on the lake, and your day on the lake ends on a perfect note!
