Small space - but the hosts make it work. We had room for 4 adults, and one room had 4 beds. Nice walk to the beach and shopping. The kitchen had what you needed to cook a small meal.

1st time to the Jersey Shire

It was a cozy place for 4 of us.Didn't use the kitchen becuase so many great places to eat were within walking distance.Mostly a place to hang our hats and sleep.Easy stay!

Very Enjoyable Stay

Plenty of sleeping space for 4 adults and a toddler. Having 2 bathrooms was definitely a bonus and we loved being able to do our laundry! We also really appreciated the 2 assigned parking spaces so we didn’t have to fight for parking! Overall a very positive experience!

Wildwood war at the Shore

The property was spacious with its 3 bedrooms for our family. We were down for a wrestling tournament for my son who is 14. The outside of the property looked more like a run down motel but the inside was very nice. The only issues we found was the carpets didn’t seem to be vacuumed. Great location near Wildwoods beach!

Lovely condo apartment with all the basic amenities. It is convenient and close to boardwalk and great restaurants! Cape May is a short 15 mins drive! And seeing the amazing collection of VHS tapes brought back memories of childhood! Thanks! :)

Summer refresher

Few neighbor noises but being on the top floor helped in that regards. Had an issue getting in, but the owners were available by phone and we all figured out a way to make it work. Very enjoyable and refreshing.

Nice Little Getaway!

The check-in process was easy! There were some cleanliness issues noticed almost immediately. The coffee pot had some fluid and mold in it and the Keurig needed a lot of attention. I informed the manager upon arrival and she was very responsive. The rest of the unit was clean. The location was great! Close to the beach and boardwalk! Make sure you read the entire listing. We overlooked the no linen, sundries, and towels. We were coming in from way out of state and made this reservation while en-route, so we had to purchase these items locally. If we would have read beforehand, we would have been more prepared for our stay. With that said, we would definitely stay at this location again!

Unclean

The place was not clean, dust and candy rapper's in the second bedroom, crumbs on the carpet in the living room and dental floss in the master bathroom. It was obvious that the place was not cleaned properly after the previous occupancy. We would consider staying again yet are disappointed with paying a 90 dollar cleaning when it's obvious that doesn't get done.

Great Stay!

We arrived to a clean condo with the ACs keeping it cool. It was exactly as advertised and the beds were comfortable. In fact, there is now a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom (not a full). It was a short walk to the beach. We dined at "Little Italy," we passed the restaurant going to & from the beach so went on whim and it was a slam-dunk, I think we have a new tradition when in Wildwood. The neighborhood is quiet & the other residents were very pleasant. I'm not sure when we'll be in Wildwood again, but we'd stay there again.

Fun and convenient

My family goes to wildwood every year for vacation. We usually stay at the motels which have become run down, dirty, and not so desirable. For around the same price, we decided to get a condo a few blocks from the beach. It was the best decision we made this year. It was much quieter, roomier, and the convenience of having an operating kitchen was great. I would recommend staying here to any family, especially if you have an infant like we do. The walk to the beach was not that far and the condo was very cozy and nice. Quiet at nighttime and located very close to a delicious ice cream/restaurant and also a yummy bakery!

Perfect Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay here in Wildwood! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four and having two bathrooms was a bonus! The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach a boardwalk a quick walk away- we also had a choice of great restaurants within walking distance at night. Lisa was quick to respond to all of my questions and was really helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next beach trip and hope to return next year!

Easy beaching on Pacific Ave in Wildwood NJ

It was so good to enter into a calm, comfortable space in my condo..loved the layout esp 2 full baths. The kids were tickled w/the bunk beds! And available kids amenities, packnplay, water toys were so convenient. Loved having the washer/dryer so accessible. Neighbors were great to have around us. Lastly was the street walk to the beach! And having the local market store with a diner that also delivers great food right on the footpath made this 'Grammy' a very happy camper--Beach style!

Decent layout in an ok location but showing some signs of wear

Pros The apartment is nicely laid out and appointed. It is a decent size for a family of four with enough rooms for everyone to get some privacy. The location is not fancy but is easy walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, ice cream and mini golf. It is busy enough that even older kids can feel safe walking by themselves but is still quiet at night. Cons When we arrived the property was not clean. There was grit and pieces of candy on the floor. There was a pair of shorts and a sock in one of the rooms, stains on carpets and bedding, and hair in the shower. When we contacted the owner the response was "we've never had a compliant before let alone so many" and "will you be continuing your stay out checking out" followed by "please do not remove anything from the unit that you did not bring in". This poor response was very frustrating given that we had paid for the cleaning service and it was clear from the condition of the apartment that even basic vacuuming was not done. Were only staying for four full days and could not find any alternative housing so we ended spending time to clean so that our kids were ok to stay. We've used VRBO several times and never experienced anything like this from a host -the accusatory tone and lack of action was surprising and frustrating. The pictures in VRBO appear to be from several years ago. The condition of the apartment is not as new as shown in the photos. Overall, the apartment is a good layout in an ok location but showing some signs of wear and was not cleaned for our visit.

So perfect for my family!

We absolutely loved it here! The location was perfect, the condo had everything we needed. I was really pleased with all the accessories Lisa had for my 1yr old. The rooms were very spacious. The only reason why i didnt give 5 stars was because we went to go put our food on the grill and their was no propane. So we was a little disappointed about that but other then that i was very pleased. We will definitely be coming back!
