Beachfront condo with spectacular views - steps from the beach

Location, location, location – when you rent our condo you will be mere steps away from the beach. This recently renovated condo is designed to make your family vacation as relaxing and memorable as possible. You can't beat the views!

The unit is on the 3rd floor of a 3 floor condo complex. No Elevator.

Check-in 4:00 PM. (no exception due to cleaning schedule)
Check-out 10:00 AM.

Guests MUST provide their own linens (queen sheet set for the front bedroom, 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin sets of sheets for the back bedroom, dish towels, bath towels, and beach towels) and comforters/blankets. You will need another set of full sheets and a comforter if you want to use the pullout couch.

We have removed blankets and comforters. We can not guarantee that these items are laundered between guests. We provide four pillows on each bed and have placed protective covers on each pillow. We have purchased new mattress pads for both the queen bed in the bedroom and the queen sofa sleeper in the living room. We have left hot pads. Not certain guests would think to bring these items, and we wanted to ensure you could cook safely.

Must be over 25 years old to rent. This is a family oriented condo complex. No events - No pets. - No parties - No wet bathing suits on the furniture or beds.

Absolutely no hot pots or pans on the dining table. The dining table is made of composite material and will be permanently damaged by hot cookware.

Covid 19
Our condo is professionally cleaned between guests by a professional cleaning company.

With COVID-19 affecting all of us in one way or another, we want our customers to know we are here to do our part to help keep your homes, rentals and businesses disinfected, sanitized and in working order for the road ahead. During what seems like uncertain times, we are reinvesting back into our business with improved resources and equipment for our employees and for better overall results for YOU, our customers. As always, we will be cleaning before and in between vacation rentals with hospital grade cleaning products that are virucidal, antibacterial, and fungicidal. We are taking extra measures to clean ALL surfaces and touch points.
