Private 4 season, 2 bedroom knotty pine cottage -sleeps 8, located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Sturgeon Bay, Door County, WI. 2 BR/1 bath cottage with beautiful stone fireplace fully equipped for your stay. A full kitchen equipped to prepare any meals and to be served in separate dining area which seats 8. Lots of living space with leather sectional and queen size hideaway bed for more sleeping options. Free WIFI and Pet Friendly! We can t begin to describe all the amenities such as the panoramic lakefront view, located on scenic drive only 7 minutes from restaurants and shopping in the city of Sturgeon bay and within 30 minutes from the peninsula towns where you will find some entertainment for everyone!

Our Lake is perfect for kayaks, wind surfing, sailing, boogie boarding, and fishing. This property is set on 1.5 acres , 200 ft of waterfront just 10 yards from water, with lots of parking, two fire pits, and a lot of seating to enjoy the outdoors. This cottage is complete with private beach, free wifi, 55" flatscreen and magnificent view with gorgeous sunrises as far as the eye can see.

Door County receives about 2 million visitors every year. It is known for one of the best fisheries in the word! There are many boat launch options throughout all of the peninsula. With a wide array of fishing species such as salmon, small-mouth bass, walleyes, perch, whitefish and northern you will be pleasantly surprised to get the catch of your life! If your not self equipped to get hooked onto the fish of your dreams, there are many charter fishing options.

Check out the natural beauty of Door County by visiting one of the many state parks, beaches, and near by land trusts. Tour a trail by hiking, biking or walking or visit one of the many light houses. You may take a trolley ride or fire boat and see the beauty of the bays with a guided tour. This area has abundant beautiful wildlife such as deer, fox, ducks and pelicans which you may observe walking outside the door!

Experience Door County Eateries and Wineries or take a trip to a local chocolate or cheese factory and get some fresh and famous "squeeky cheese curds"!! Experience a great vacation where there is a little piece of heaven for everyone! You will not be disappointed.

This nightly price does not include 5.5% sales tax or the 5.5 % room tax fee that will be accessed. An additional pet fee of $150 per stay will incur if pet accommodations needed.

The cabin is wonderful. Just like is is shown in the photos. The view if the lake is breath-taking. We enjoyed spending Christmas there. We were very cozy, with a fire going and enjoying the lake. Thank you. Be sure to visit the shops, as always, they don't disappoint.

What a location!

Right on the lake, a short bike ride from the lighthouses, kayaks available, great yard, and privacy. Also close enough to Sturgeon Bay and stores to make it an easy time for dining in and out.

Perfect getaway with dogs

We loved our stay. More than us, our dog, Milo loved the stay! Coming from Chicago during 4th of July weekend, the calmness of private lake space was just the best for our dog. The bedrooms are slightly tight, but honestly the lake makes up for anything else.

Perfect spot, great additions for vacation (kayak, games, etc)

We had two couples and a toddler stay here, and it was a wonderful place. You can hear the water when you wake up and see it out the beautiful floor to ceiling windows. The place had everything we needed to make the vacation run smoothly - high chair, pack and play, plenty pots, pans, and dishes. We loved that there was a picnic table, grill, hammock, kayak, and water boards. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful Cabin

Great cabin in Sturgeon Bay with amazing views. The owner was available and communicated quickly with us. Thanksgiving vacation

Loved the coziness of the cabin with a fire going every morning. The lake view is amazing…loved watching the sunrise every morning with our babies early wake up! The queen bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything else about the place was great.

Return to Peace of Beach

It was wonderful to return to Peace of Beach to enjoy it in the summertime, after our first visit last autumn. We swam, paddle boarded, biked, hiked, grilled out, and had awesome evening fires every night. Our dogs loved it too. Thank you for sharing this special place with us. It was perfect for my Mom’s 82nd b-day!

4th Family Fun

Peace of Beach is the perfect place to stay for a small family vacation in Door County. The house has a cozy cabin feel with all the amenities. The property is quiet and private. The house is steps from the water, with a large side yard for kids to play. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still driveable to all the northern DC towns, and only a few minutes from downtown Sturgeon Bay. Some of our family's favorite things about the house were watching the sunrises on the porch, having campfires by the water, sleeping in the big bunk beds, and the amazing lake views from the big windows in the living room.

Beautiful property and location! Very peaceful. Cleanliness was not the best in certain areas- bugs, dust, and cobwebs in a lot of corners and on the windows and light fixtures. I asked for check in information and a code the night before the stay, and the communication with the host was just ok. We ran the AC because it was so humid, but it didn’t work very well or get to the back room. Thankfully it was cool at night and we didn’t need it. I booked this place because it had a hot tub as well, but it seemed to have that wiped from the listing info after I booked. I messaged about it and was told it was an additional fee. I’m glad I asked about it because we thought the hot tub was gone. We had a 14 month old with us and the pack n play just barely fits in the room with the bunks!

Just perfect

A beautiful cabin that was just the right size for me my spouse and our dog for a thanksgiving on the lake. We loved watching sunrises and sunsets over the water and fires in the fire place every night. The place was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Magical Peace of Beach

This property had all we were seeking in a getaway. It’s on the lake so we saw awesome sunrises every morning. It had a huge fireplace that we took advantage of every evening. It allowed our two well-behaved dogs to attend. We also had lovely and sunny 60 degree days at the end of October. Perfect!
