Great stay

This rental was great for my family. We stayed a week visiting family on base. Email and text communication worked well. The checkin was easy and my family had plenty of room. The kitchen allowed for the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great, pet-friendly stay

The house was just as advertised, with a big fenced in backyard for our dog to run around and do her business. The kitchen was pretty well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The instructions were clear and check-in and check-out was a breeze!

Perfect Clarksville location

The property was just as described. Close to base and all areas of Clarksville. The bedrooms were spacious, living room had plenty of seating. Backyard deck with grill and table was nice. Kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect

This property is perfect for a family. It has all the essentials. It is visibly clean as the clean scent travels through the home. The location was perfect 5 minute drive to visit Fort Campbell and 1 hour to explore Nashville.

Great location!

First time travelers. Clarksville is beautiful. This property was conveniently located, in the middle of what we wanted to see/do. The fenced in backyard was larger than expected and made our stay with our dog a breeze. This was our first time traveling with our dog and it was a great experience. The house is clean and cozy!

Great accommodations!!!

There were three of us who stayed here for 5 nights (ages 77, 51, & 13). Great communication, nice clean smelling house, comfy beds, and plenty of room. We had everything we needed right from the start. Nice neighborhood, relatively quiet, nice for walks. My father had never heard of a VRBO rental and was blown away when we walked in. ☺️ Would definitely recommend!!! A+

Nice little house. Cozy enough for my family. Beds were very comfortable. Couchs in living room were not. Had to search for towels, they were in a bedroom dresser dwarer (weird spot). They were also old and scratchy. Appreciate places that authorize having dogs. Back yard was decent size, gets muddy around the edges when it rains. I picked the place for the price. Ended up driving a lot more to the other side of Clarksville, to see family or decent places to eat. No easy way to get from one side to the other. This place is more suitable if you have business on FT. Campbell.

Nice house close to Ft Campbell

Our son (who is in the Army) was getting operated on base and we wanted to be close to help him out. The home was perfect for what we needed.

Amazing Property

I highly recommend this property. The house is adorable, super clean, and in a great neighborhood. We felt very much at home there. The owners were wonderful. They checked in with us often and made sure we knew they were just a phone call away if we needed anything. Thank you Asury, Adam and Patrice!! Clean and comfy stay

This property had everything we needed for our extended stay. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that’s very close to Fort Campbell. The home was clean and well maintained and we’d very happily stay here again. The hosts were incredibly responsive any time we messaged or called. Spring stay 2019

Great Location next to Fort Campbell. Perfect size for our needs, neat, tidy, but not the cleanest (lots of dog nose prints on the front window and back patio door (we didn't have pets so was from previous stay), oven was dirty, expired food in the fridge (not smelly, just past the expiration date), dirty sink sponge with no replacement or kitchen towels. Overall a good stay, but would like to see better cleaning and would benefit from a paper copy of the manual at the location. Instructions for use of TV services would be helpful as well; it's Roku based so most channels required subscriptions.

Hi, we are Asury and Adam. We own and operate a real estate investing business. We are also a military family, as Adam served in the U.S. Army Special Forces as a Team Sgt. for a Combat Dive Team. He has proudly served our country for over 15 yrs. Asury has a medical background, particularly, in the ophthalmic field. We both decided to retire from our previous professions to dedicate our time completely to our real estate business. We self manage our properties and have built a great team to help us scale and provide an awesome Airbnb experience.

We are longtime residents of Clarksville, TN., and we're very knowledgeable about the immediate and surrounding areas.

We are a family of 5 with 1 fur baby. We enjoy doing family-friendly activities. We, too, love traveling and understand the importance of comfort, space, and privacy especially, in a military town where families are constantly visiting or transitioning. We love using AirBnB during our travels. In fact, that's what inspired us to become hosts ourselves.

Fun facts about us: Adam is from Mississippi and learned Russian as a second language in the military. Asury is from Panama (the country) and her first language is Spanish. We can't live without coffee! Our favorite foods are sushi and Mexican. We love supporting local small businesses and highly encourage our guests to check them out as well.
