Beautiful apartment in a top location for the beach and excursions We felt very comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday was there. The apartment is no longer brand new but is fully equipped, very clean, tastefully furnished and in a perfect location right on the beach with a beautiful view of Cannes and the bay. The only point of criticism (which wasn't really a deciding factor for us) is the very slow internet access. May be problematic for families with teenagers or those working from home. Garage space was available and also suitable for storing larger beach equipment (e.g. stand-up paddles). Very nice apartment located on the beach with no road to cross. A breathtaking view. A real terrace for meals in front of the sea and deckchairs for reading or just lounging. Air conditioning appreciated on hot days, comfortable bedding, all accessories available, double underground parking space much appreciated, lift. Excellent welcome from the local agent, cleaning included, linens included. A perfect stay and an address to remember and recommend, without hesitation.

Michele...So happy you enjoyed our little place in paradise! For the non-French speakers, here is the review in English The location of the waterfront apartment is simply fantastic! In front of a small sandy beach and without a busy road. You go down the building and here you are at the foot of a small, well-kept and supervised sandy beach. Ideal for a romantic stay. The other plus of this accommodation is the large terrace with a table for 4 people and 2 deck chairs. The bedding was also very comfortable. The kitchen is a little worn but functional if you do not want to take advantage of the good restaurants located nearby. Date of arrival - August 27, 2022

We are happy you enjoyed the apartment, the view, the proximity to everything and that it is well equipped. We are doing a renovation this winter so next season the kitchen will be like new and we will have other upgrades as well including a brand new sofa with pull out large bed. The view and location is why everyone leaves so happy. Glad you did too.
