A comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home, fully fenced situated in a quiet cul de sac street. Somewhere to relax with plenty of room for the kids to run around. Great Indoor Outdoor flow with bi-fold doors opening out to large Courtyard with Spa and Shade Sails.
A 10 minute stroll to the beach, 2 Minute walk to nearby playground. 15 minutes drive to downtown Mt Maunganui & 10 minute drive to either Bayfair Shopping Centre/Baywave or Palm Beach Plaza and Fashion island. Street connects to the Cycle Way Reserve which runs from Pacific View Road to Parton Road. Porta-Cot and High chair available. Pets by prior approval
