Large Open Cove au lac Main (toutes les vues du lac Main sans la circulation des bateaux). Pas caché dans une crique étroite ou peu profonde et pas de ponts pour le lac Main. Profitez du FLAT LOT et de DEEP WATER (8 pieds sur le quai) où vous pourrez nager sur le quai ou emmener les kayaks (3) ou le Stand Up Paddle Board pour une pagaie tranquille! Ou asseyez-vous sur le pont et observez les enfants au quai. Se balancer dans le hamac ou profiter du foyer le soir froid. Gril à gaz sur le pont arrière. Plan d'étage ouvert. L'espace familial est ouvert avec le système de cinéma maison 4K et offre une vue magnifique sur le lac, une cheminée à gaz. Cuisine avec bar à petit-déjeuner; La salle à manger s'ouvre sur une véranda détendue, de nombreux sièges pour toute la famille. Il y a même un bureau mis en place avec un grand bureau et une imprimante sans fil pour votre usage. La chambre principale au bord du lac avec un lit Queen et un lit Twin a une télévision et ouvre sur une terrasse couverte. A l'étage a un deuxième maître avec lit Queen et un lit jumeau; 2 chambres supplémentaires chacune avec un lit Queen; zone de couchage supplémentaire avec 2 lits jumeaux et 2 lits jumeaux gigognes, cette chambre dispose également d'une grande télévision, d'une PlayStation3 et d'un baby-foot; jeux de plateau. The house is well situated in Lake Gaston cove/creek. Kids could play jumping/diving off the deck. Numerous games and puzzel's were played all week at night. Camp fire was also utilized toasting marsh mellows twice during the week. Golfed and rented Jet Ski's 3 times during the week. George, the neighbor dog would walk with me early in the morning on numerous occasions. We would definitely plan a future trip to this home. Greg and Karen responded quickly to our questions prior to arriving. Also, the Property Manager Kay answered our questions quickly. We would give them a 10. Go Navy!!!

This is the perfect house for a Lake Gaston getaway. There are houses that are bigger and more luxurious, but this house just delivers exactly what we want. It's large enough to easily and comfortably host our two families, provides all the necessary amenities, gives us lots of entertainment options on the inside, and the outside provides fire pit, kayaks, paddleboards, an awesome boathouse dock to fish & relax, deep water for swimming in the quiet cove and a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding wildlife. Thank you once again for sharing your home with us and leaving us with lifetime memories bonding with friends and family!

The house had wonderful views of the lake, it was so amazing to wake up and watch the sunrise on the lake. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Tons of space for our family and My sister in law and her family. We had 8 kids in total and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will all remember this spring break. My husband is already trying to plan another trip to Sunrise Cove.

We really enjoyed swimming and fishing off the dock, coffee on the screened in porch and a bonfire on our last night. The location was perfect for boating and swimming.

Great stay

The house was very nice. From the moment we pulled into the driveway the property met our expectations. My family and friends stayed during spring break and we had a fantastic experience. The home was clean with great common areas and kid friendly game room. The office came in very handy for me as I still had work to do on vacation. We had fires every night at the fire pit and made full use of the boat house for dock fishing and parking our boat. We would stay again and I would recommend this to others.

Enjoyed our shortened stay

We arrived on Saturday to thunderstorms and power outages, however the home generator ran for over 24 hours, keeping us comfortable. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane/Storm Debbie and impending poor weather, we left for home on Tuesday evening/Wednesday morning. We enjoyed a pontoon boat on Monday, and would have loved to enjoy more of the beautiful home and location, especially the lake-maybe next time! The house was beautiful-

We Love Sunrise Cove!

This was our second year, and despite mother nature trying to ruin it with rain and cooler temps, we still had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, comfortable and offers numerous fun activities. But the highlight to me is always the boathouse and dock. Perfect waters for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. I found myself many times just sitting on the dock completely relaxed and enjoying the amazing water view. We plan to be back next year. Thanks for sharing your home with us again!

Beautiful Spot!

We loved the house and property! It was very comfortable for our group. We appreciated being able to dock our boat and use the kayaks. Our only criticism is that the pantry and refrigerator had crumbs and spills that were not cleaned up prior to our arrival. A quick wipe down took care of that. If you plan on cooking a lot, you may want to bring sharp knives and serving platters. Very nice! Beautiful sunrises.

Another Amazing Weekend!!!

We always love our weekend stay at Sunrise Cove. The home is beautiful. The lake views, especially sunrises, are spectacular! And there's so much to do during the stay. We had an issue with finding the kayak seats, left a message on VRBO, and instantly received a response from the property manager who helped us find them. That's excellent service! We had a friend catch his first fish...a large channel catfish. And my son caught his first bass. But best of all is just relaxing on the dock sharing time with good friends and family. Thank you Greg & Karen for sharing your home once again.

All in the Family

This is a huge and beautiful property. It accommodated 14 persons comfortably. The family loved the openness of the house and the view. The only thing that caused a little snip was the weather but we turned it around and made it our pajama day. There were enough bathrooms so that no one was late for our 9:00am take off for our homegoing service. Everyone said that they loved the property. There were a couple of minor nicks but the property manager assured me that they would be taken care of. Property manager was very responsive and nice.

5th family vacation

Stellar communication with the home owners and their manager. Super easy to unload and load thru the garage. Lots of space to be close together or get alone time too. Perfect little inlet for us to be able to play from the dock with floats and the water was plenty deep to jump off the dock and easy for our friends to bring their boat over. The home stayed cool with lots of ceiling fans, plenty of blankets for those that don't enjoy the bit of chill after some sunshine.Love the way the sheets and towels are basketed to get what you need. Laundry and all appliances worked great and a bonus of the second fridge. All kids loved the paddle boards and the fire pit too!Of all the houses we have rented for our time at Lake Gaston this one is for sure a contender for next year if we are welcomed back.Thanks a bunch for sharing your home away from home.

We are a military family with Greg's service of 20 years in the Air Force. We retired in Virginia and always look forward to the time we spend in North Carolina at our Lake Gaston Home. It is truly a wonderful place to relax as a couple or to reconnect with our extended family and friends.

Before you find the perfect house at the lake, you have to find the perfect lot with the perfect water. We found all of them in one. Deep water with room to swim at the dock without main lake boat traffic or constant waves. But also not down in a narrow cove. We have a wide open area around our dock with main lake views and deep water. We have high speed internet even at the dock so you can stream your favorite tunes or work on that spreadsheet if you have to. This house is great for families with kids. There is a separate upstairs bonus room for the kids to watch tv or play games. There is also plenty of outdoor play space in the front yard as well as the backyard with dock close by. House is located in a quiet & safe neighborhood with very little street traffic, which is great for walking or going for a jog.
