Welcome to "The Cabin at Icicle River".  This stylish mountain home has incredible views that will surely whisk you right into relaxation mode. Imagine listening to the sounds of nature as you enjoy a morning cup of coffee in this peaceful setting.  The large wraparound deck encompasses this two-story home and is a wonderful place to spend time year-round.  On the back deck, there is a soothing hot tub to slide into after a fun-filled day out exploring and if you look out the front you can see a peek-a-boo view of the Icicle River passing by between the trees.  The open-design floor plan allows friends and family to enjoy quality time both easily and comfortably.  The loft provides a great place to sit and stream your favorite show or wind down the kids while the adults catch up downstairs. It also serves as another sleeping area equipped with a privacy curtain and cozy futons. Adjacent to the loft is the "master" bedroom with a large king bed. On the main floor is the second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and bathroom just across the hall.

Located in the Icicle Valley this cabin is the perfect home base to experience nearby, world-class hiking and climbing opportunities with endless options for all skill levels. If you feel like dining out or shopping, we encourage you to make the short journey to downtown Leavenworth just 4 miles away, where there are several restaurants and shops to satisfy all.  Wine walks, Art in the Park, and Christmas Lighting along with several other festivals and events are some of the many draws to this delightful Bavarian village.  With all the comforts of home you`ll find here, the only thing you will need to pack is an overnight bag, food, and a good attitude. We`ll take care of the rest!

This cabin is incredible! So peaceful, amazing views. Comes fullt equipped with everything you need, and management is a text away and responds quickly. Beds are extremely comfortable and house has very nice set up and layout. Hot tub with the mountain view is breath taking. So many games for the whole family and hiking nearby. Was so nice to be outside of town for more privacy but quick drive into town to enjoy downtown. 10/10 recommend. We will be back!

This was the perfect cozy cabin for a weekend getaway. So comfy and enjoyable, a modern home that still feels like a cabin. The host was very accommodating. You can see & hear the Icicle River across the road, so I left my window cracked open and let it lull me to sleep. Easy access to hiking, great table for board games. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

Amazing location, very well equipped cabin. The administration answered text fast even during New year's.The only "trouble" we had was understanding the heating between livingroom and bedrooms as they got pretty hot but hey... it was snowing outside so everything was great.

Perfect Getaway location

My wife and I stayed here over her birthday and found the cabin to be well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Good location outside of town but close enough for a quick drive. We enjoyed watching a pack of mountain goats graze all weekend on the steep mountainside across the river from the cabin.

Well-appointed cabin in a beautiful setting

The cabin is comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and if the weather had been better, we would have liked sitting around the fire pit listening to the river rushing by (it's across the road). The house is located just outside Leavenworth, about a 10 minute drive. We'd stay here again!

A great place to stay

We had such an amazing time I highly recommend but the T.V. Doesn’t really work. It was frozen when I went to Netflix but it made us interact with each other and play the board games which is a plus. The location was amazing and the cabin was super cozy and beautiful. Close enough to downtown leavenworth but far enough away to feel like I was in a cabin in the woods near the creek. Such an amazing time!

Perfect Location

This was only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Leavenworth! The location is BEAUTIFUL. The hot tub is in the back facing the mountain and that was my favorite part :) the stairs are big but I needed to work off that extra food anyway ;) I would definitely recommend if you want a relaxing getaway with easy access to town!!

Beautiful, comfortable home

The cabin is well appointed, comfortable and clean. Location is about a 5 minute drive from shops and restaurants in town. Lovely, soothing sound of Icicle Creek rushing by from across the street. Plenty of space for my family of 4, with room to spare. Unfortunately the smoke from forest fires in the state made for poor air quality, so it wasn’t conducive to the hiking we had planned.

Wonderful

We absolutely fell in love with Leavenworth and this property! We spent more time on the wrap around deck then we did inside even when chilly. Just bundle up! Be prepared to bring your gear up some stairs but it’s totally worth it for the quiet and view. We watched mountain goats eating on the cliffs visible from our deck. Well equipped kitchen and a wonderful hot tub. The sound of the River will soothe you and put you to sleep.

Had a wonderful time! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of character. I didn’t realize there wasn’t a TV in the main floor living room. There is one upstairs where the futons are. My friend started to feel a little under the weather, and we wanted to stay there and watch cozy movies, and realized we had to be upstairs to do it on the futon. This wasn’t quite as comfortable as being in the living room. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

End of Summer Get Away

Enjoyed the house. It was clean, very well laid out for our family of 4. The rooms were perfect. It was just a little bit of a surprise of the number of stairs, but, it wasn't bad, even for our 4 year old grand daughter. The scenery surrounding the property was magnificent. Never got tired of it! The hot tub was perfect for after hiking. We spent a lot of time out on the shaded, wrap around porch, the sound of the nearby river was relaxing. The corn hole game was a nice touch! The town with shopping and such was just a short drive away, which we enjoyed. The only thing I think we missed were drawers for our clothes, but we just put our luggage in the huge walk in closets and it was fine. Maybe providing luggage stands would be helpful. Lovely stay overall.
