Our guests will love the location of the house, only 2 miles from Front Street in Leavenworth with lots of dining, shopping, and activity options. Yet when at the house, you will feel like you are miles away from the hustle and bustle of the fun tourist town. Take a walk from the property and quickly you are on the Fish Hatchery trails or Icicle Ridge trailhead. Sleeping Lady resort is a quick wander down Icicle Road for dining or exploring. The views are some of the best in Leavenworth. The front yard is large and available to throw frisbees, make a snow man, or lounge around; it is shared with the owners who live on the premises.

The home was very close to Leavenworth’s adorable downtown. There were great mountain views out every window. The property was very modern and clean!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in Leavenworth and what a place to come back to at the end of a busy active day! The mountain views are priceless, the activities are endless, the area is very quiet and a dip in the hot tub is highly recommended. We would thoroughly enjoy staying there again.

Addy Acres had everything we needed. It is in an ideal location for either going to town or heading out on the trails, and the view from the front room is wonderful.

A wonderful getaway

What a wonderful stay! We decided to head to Leavenworth to celebrate my husbands 55th birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! There was one minor hiccup with the water while we were there but the owners were on top of it and had it fixed in no time! The neighborhood was quiet and picturesque! We’re already planning a return trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

A little piece of Paradise

Perfect property ! Close to everything in Leavenworth. Home is like new with all the necessary amenities. Windows make it light, bright, and sunny. Hot Tub is wonderful to star gaze and relax after a busy day in town. Owners are helpful to local knowledge and allow space for our own privacy. Thank you

Amazing trip

Great location, definitely feel like you're out in the country. Outside of ciry limits but actually its just a hop and skip away , to downtown. Enjoyed the wide range of hiking trails ! The host were awesome 👌 recommend this awesome gem to anyone looking for a peaceful get-away with a view!

Great Location

Beautiful views from the front room and deck were a highlight of our stay. We spent our mornings skiing on the nearby nordic trails then spent our afternoons enjoying the mountain views from Addy Acres. The home had everything we needed and was in a great location - near to both town and the nordic trails.

Quick trip to get away.

Addy Acres was just as the photos described. Beautiful home that overlooks a beautiful field that was covered by snow when we were there, which was peaceful and serene. The location is situated in an area that is truly quiet, which for us was important because part of our expectation was to decompress. Hot tub was great as well. Plenty of extra towels to use and bathrobes available as well. Quick drive to downtown Leavenworth. We did not have any issues!

Beautiful and modern property

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this property. We came for the holiday festivities and Leavenworth did not disappoint. The house was really clean with all modern amenities on a very nice property. Everything was easy and clear. I would say it was even better than what we were expecting from the listing!

A great place to stay!

We had a lovely weekend. The house is very close to downtown Leavenworth. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the pans, utensils, dishes and silverware we needed to cook our meals.

Lovely winter getaway

Our family of four stayed in this Addy Acres for a much needed family getaway. The house is thoughtfully laid out, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need! The home is centrally located to downtown Leavenworth, but situated in a quiet neighborhood. We much appreciated the prompt communication with both the co-host and host before and during our stay. Looking forward to returning again!

Super location!

This property is close to all of the local/snowshoe trails as well as the action on Front street. Communication with property manager and owners was always helpful and timely. And of course, the view of the Enchantments from the deck can't be beat.

Cozy Leavenworth Cabin!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at Addy Acres! The space is cozy, hosts excellent and easy to contact, location is just a short drive to town and the golf course for sledding and tubing. It’s a cold walk to the hot tub but plenty of robes and pool size towels are provided. Perfect winter getaway, would book again!

Best VRBO

This property was above and beyond our expectations. We booked before any reviews were left, but figured the pictures looked nice. By the time we arrived there were several 5 star reviews and we were thrilled. The place was so clean and stocked with anything and everything you would need. The yard was huge and perfect for our kids to play in the snow, build a snowman and even a tiny hill for sledding down. (Kids are 3 and 5). The location was perfect. Close enough to the craziness of town to enjoy, but then back to the quiet retreat to rest. I have already recommended to 3 friends. Hosts were wonderful. Everything was wonderful. Best VRBO experience.

Amazing Leavenworth Home

There are so many amazing things to say about this property. First the communication from Co host and host are the best in the business, I have rented many rental properties and this was by far the best communication from a host. Next the house is perfectly situated in Leavenworth, the views are remarkable and the house is cozy. Overall just a great experience with my family and if we do visit Leavenworth again we would no doubt stay here again.

Wonder!

This was my wife and my first VRBO & it was wonderful! Gorgeous view of the mountains from the living area, nice, current kitchen (although the fridge is noisy) and bathrooms, comfortable beds and great proximity to town. Only suggestions would be for directions on the fireplace & TV. Took a few days to figure out that “FYRE” on a remote on the table with the TV controls was for the fireplace (“DUHH”) and we were lucky our son & girlfriend were there to work the TV (we have cable @ home). Do wish their was a dresser in the Master BR. We were there for a week and lived out of suitcases. Co-host was great and we would definitely use this property if we visit Leavenworth again! GREAT EXPERIENCE, thanks!

Loved our stay for a beautiful fall weekend near the Enchantments!

Renting was a breeze and the house was perfectly as described and listed. It had all the amenities we needed and was located in a great spot.

Georgia and Tyler (Owners) purchased this beautiful 1.33 acre of land located on Icicle Road in 2019 and shortly after started the process of building their dream home.
The main home was built now on the same large property.

The views are incredible and the location is perfect - walking distance to many outdoor activities and 5 minute drive to town.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We built this home facing towards the mountains, including Sleeping Lady & Wedge mountain. The interior of the home is spacious and cozy and surrounded by large windows to enjoy the views even while inside during the colder months.
The best space is the outside deck and we know that our guests are going to want to spend most of their time around the deck table enjoying their morning coffee and evening meals. The house is close to everything Leavenworth. Fish hatchery and Sleeping Lady resort are less than a 1/2 mile away. The Icicle River for floating and fishing are almost just across the street. Bring your bikes, hiking shoes, snowshoes, inner tubes, skis, snowboards, fishing poles, and find everything outdoor nearby.
