Guests do have access to the seasonal outdoor pool, but the indoor waterpark is privately operated and not included in the reservation. We’ll make sure that’s highlighted clearly moving forward. As for supplies: we do our best to provide basic essentials, and note in our listing that specialty items like salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, aren’t included. I sincerely apologize but we did not get an email from you at all during your stay so we were not away of your issues until this review. Am sorry for the issues you had and truly wish you would have given us a call as we do provide the number in the check in packet.
