Very clean, very well-stocked kitchen, plus big linen closet with all kinds of supplies.Quiet location, comfortable beds and nice ensuite baths.Good location to Bryce.Also, nice drive down the road to beautiful Kodachrome Basin State Park with the loveliest little visitor center. Also a beautiful drive to Escalante.

Nice place near Bryce

We stayed 2 nights at the cozy cottage and it was just as advertised - clean, comfortable and functional. The extra bathroom was a bonus. We enjoyed hikes at both Bryce and Kodachrome Basin.

Bryce Canyon tour

This two bedroom home was conveniently located near Bryce Canyon entrance. Local restaurants and laundromat were nearby and a good value. This views at Bryce were amazing. The hiking was great. The home was a great place to rest and have breakfast in the morning.

Enjoyed the Cozy Cottage

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for our group. It is spacious and very tidy with comfortable beds and a very well stocked kitchen. It's location off Hwy 12 was very convenient for our day trips to Bryce Canyon National Park. Thank you for everything.

Cozy Cottage was fantastic

Location is excellent, only a few minutes to Bryce Canyon, where we spent multiple days exploring. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. You can tell the considerstion put in to setting up this house. We felt very much at home at the end of each day. Definitely a 5-star offering.

Kitchen was great! Very good location for visiting Bryce, Kodachrome, & grand staircase Escalante, all such nice parks! Appreciated the air conditioning & warm showers.We couldn’t get hot pot to work…possibly our lack of knowledge. Owners should be thinking of replacing mattresses before too long…comfy, but sloped. The sharp sticking-out corners on beds hit shins a couple times. Our overall experience was very good…just what we needed for 2 friends couples traveling together.

Great location near Bryce !!! Need a washer an dryer. As a hiker. Things get dirty. Beds nice. Didn’t like pillows. Need feather. Clean. Comfortable. Kinda weird. Someone in basement. But. Didn’t hear or see them. Tx u much ! Beautiful scenery. Outside your door !!

We stayed 3 nights after a visit to Bryce canyon and before going to Kodachrome. Location was great. EVERYTHING you could need was there. The place was spotless. Nearby restaurant and grocery store were just a short drive.

It was OK. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space. I would suggest investing in different kitchen chairs, as they were not comfortable. They location was ok- we didn't have any problem getting to Bryce National Park.

Relaxing, quiet getaway

This was a perfect location for us four adults. But would easily accommodate six :) Accommodations were lovely and nicely decorated. All the modern amenities, even though it's an older home. Quiet neighborhood but had everything we needed to help us explore Bryce Canyon with friends.

Cozy Cottage was a delight.

Check-in was very simple. The house has got a lot of charm. A lot of extra details/touches put in place for a great stay. Was about 20 min from Bryce Canyon which made it real convenient and the main reason for selecting this place. Loved it!

Great little home very close to Bryce Canyon National park. Easy check in! Property as advertised and very comfortable.The only glitch was when another family showed up on our second day there having booked the place for that day and the next on a different booking site.I've been double booked on that particular site before so I'm not sure I can fault the owners for this but it was an uncomfortable situation. Very glad we were at home so the family didn't use the door code and walk in to all of our belongings there.

Half Marathon Weekend

I needed accommodations for the Bryce Canyon half marathon weekend. This home was in the perfect location - very near the finish line. The home itself was clean, fully stocked, and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The host (Anita) is wonderful - very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean , quiet and comfortable! Very relaxing after a day at Bryce Canyon. Anita was very responsive to our questions. The house was well stocked from bandaids to blankets. I will recommend the Comfy Cottage to friends.

nice little get away

This is a great house and nice place to stay for visiting the national parks. There was new ownership with/in a couple weeks of us going. I felt like EVOLVE should have communicated that to us better as I was really unsure and confused about who to contact. I would say the communication was not seamless but other than that it was a great place to stay.
