Our properties are professionally managed and include starter coffee kits, kitchen consumables, welcome gift, and bathroom essentials. We offer timely guest service support throughout your stay.

Two-Story Mid-Century Getaway at El Paseo Village! Location! Location! Location! Style! Half a block away from the incredible entertainment, shops & restaurants of El Paseo.



INTERIOR

The newly furnished downstairs includes a fully equipped kitchen with brand new oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove top. The kitchen, living, and dining room all flow together in an open plan configuration that gives the home a spacious, light feel and allows for easy entertaining. The ceiling fans, flat screen TV with cable service and free WiFi will enhance your vacation experience. Take to retro open staircase up to the lofted Main on the second level with partial mountain views.



Main Bedroom features a King bed, dresser, side table, TV, and ample closet space. The Main en suite bath has a large soaking tub/shower combo and double vanity.

The Guest Bedroom is located on the first floor, features a queen-size bed, night stand, dresser, and closet. The guest bath with a shower is just across the hall from the guest bedroom.



OUTDOOR

BBQ grill is located on the Eastern exposure back patio with a dining table for 4. Community salt water pool, spa, tennis court, and pickleball courts are steps away. Guest are welcome to park in the one car garage, and also utilize driveway parking. Full-size washer & Dryer are located in the garage.

Drive to the Desert, park your car, and spend your vacation at one of the most ideally located homes in the Coachella Valley. This is El Paseo Village Condominiums at El Paseo -Your Vacation Destination! Centrally located just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport; 1.5 hours from Ontario International Airport; 2.5 hours from San Diego and L.A. Don't drive to El Paseo -- walk there! We look forward to seeing you!



The minimum age for this property is 25 years. NO SMOKING; NO PARTIES. For cancellation policy please refer to the Rental Agreement

PET POLICY

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

A Slice of Paradise in Palm Desert

This is a roomy, attractive, comfortable and well-equipped condo in the best location in town - a few steps from El Paseo and all the best shopping and restaurants. Service is very friendly and responsive.

Exceptional property

Condo was as good or better than photos, very nice, open space. Superior location, less than 1 block to El Paseo. Perfectly clean with nice amenities. Excellent communication with property managers and owner, very responsive and professional. Would be at the top of our list if we return to the area.

We had the best time at this condo!! It was clean, bright and spacious. The check in process was so easy and the location can’t be beat. It is just steps away from all the fantastic shopping and dining on El Paseo and a quick drive to anything else. The pool is so convenient and comes in handy during those hot desert days. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Palm Desert!

Desert Retreat

I would highly recommend the unit at 45418 lupine lane. First the location is great. You are within walking distance of most restaurants and a great grocery store Jensen Foods. There is no need for a rental car if you stay at this unit. The unit is well appointed. The kitchen looks like it has been recently remodeled. The appliances are great and it is equipped enough for you to be able to cook meals in when you like. The bath room in the Master bedroom is large and recently redone. The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable and just a few steps from the pool. The rental company Palm Desert Vacation Rentals is also great to work with. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. In summary a great rental. I will rent there again next time we are in Palm Desert.

Best location near El Peso. Can’t beat that for the money. The unit itself could use some sprucing up, ie newer pillows, better utensils and plates. The kitchen has everything you could need as far as pots and pans. It even has a blender from the 80’s. The pool is right out your back door. It’s small but rarely crowded. WiFi had strong signal. Main tv is large and works well.

Nice condo, great location.

The condo was excellent and totally meet our needs. Very spacious with many amenities. Probably to big for just the two of us.. ha ha. We are also appreciative of Ashley for coordinating and booking and to Boris for his attention to our small plumbing concern. 4.5 Stars is our rating.

Magical Retreat

My husband and I decided to spend some time in the desert as he can “work from home”. Our unit was perfect for just that. It is immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable. We enjoyed a few dinners on our private patio, and once used the outdoor grill. The grill worked beautifully and came with a full tank of propane, not always the case. :-). My friends joined me for tennis one morning on the well maintained property tennis courts. We spent afternoons at the pool, often just the two of us! I highly recommend this property.

Great spot for a desert get away.

We spent four nights and the condo is generally very nice. Great to be so close to the El Paseo restaurants and shops. And central to the entire area. We roamed from Palm Springs to La Quinta, about 30 minutes each way. The only issue was the some of glass ware was not clean. We had to hand wash the wine glasses (lip prints) some plates had bits of dried food. But other wise the unit was clean and well furnished.

Location is great, condo needs a little TLC

I spent 6 weeks at this property and overall it was a good experience. The location is key and Nicole, who manages the property was attentive, quick to respond and just a pleasure to work with. In the condo, some things need immediate attention such much better televisions that consistently work (TV connection was spotty going in and out) better lighting throughout the condo (currently a bit dark) and fixing of loose drawers in the kitchen. It was a little older feeling than advertised but overall I was comfortable and felt safe there. The loft bedroom has beautiful Mountain View’s to wake up to. The master bath has a great tub to soak in after long hikes. You are perfectly located close to hikes such as the Cross and the Bump and Grind. Excellent walking on El Paseo. It’s a nice condo but just needs some updating/TLC - again, TV’S and lighting need serious help!. Beds were very comfortable which is always a plus. Once again, Nicole was so supportive and was a text or phone call away. She was amazing! I’d definitely stay again if some of the upgrades are implemented. Thank you and I hope this helps!

A perfect place!

We spent an extended weekend and totally loved it. Walking distance down to El Paseo, tennis courts and pool just outside the door. Nicole (Property Manager) was very responsive when we reached out. We had no issues what so ever during our stay. The house offer everything you need. We will be back, it is such a perfect place.

Excellent location

The location is great but the kitchen cupboards are a little outdated. Any problems we encountered were handled quickly by Nicole. I have suggested a couple of upgrades to Nicole for future guests and our stay in 2021. Pool just about 20 steps from the back door as well as the spa. There are 2 pools and during the winter they alternate which pool will be heated. The 2 hot tubs are heated by just turning on a switch for about 25 minutes before using. Quiet location with easy access to a grocery store so a car really isn't necessary unless to get from the airport which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive or to do sight seeing of the area. Lots of restaurants on El Paseo which is about a 1/2 block from this condo.

Comfortable and Convenient

This place was as described in the listing: clean, quiet and conveniently located next to the shops and restaurants on the Paseo. We used it as a base for exploring Joshua Tree, Anza Borrego and Tahquitz Canyon. We enjoyed playing board games in the living room and breakfast in the kitchen. It was too cold to try out the pool but it was right out the back door. Highly recommended.
