Large fenced backyard with your own very relaxing ,PRIVATE pool ,gas BBQ, putting green & billiards table, 2 large screen smart TV's with cable and WiFi Completely furnished cooks kitchen. With gas appliances There’s a fullbath with walk-shower in the large master suite ,king bed,walk in closets...this 2 bedroom plus den home sleeps 6. Plenty of outside-seating with propane fire pit. Guest bedroom has twin trundle beds with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet.
Community amenities include 18 hole executive golf course( at extra cost) 3 heated pools,jacuzzi hot tubs, sauna, spa, restaurant dining room and "19th hole" full service Bar. The club house serves full dinners including special holiday menus as well as Sunday brunch and daily breakfast & lunch . Also tennis, pickle ball, card and billiards rooms, gym, (all included in your rent,) and more in this immaculate friendly gated 55+ community.
In Palm Desert. Close to restaurants (some five star & some takeout!) , shopping at El Paseo(the Rodeo Drive of the Coachella Valley)and Desert Outlet stores with all the big names. The property is 10 minutes from Agua Caliente and 20 minutes from Morongo casinos. We are 15 minutes from downtown Palm Springs with its international airport ,lots of golf courses, Tennis ,Joshua Tree National park,hiking everything you could want in a winter or summer retreat!
Easy Day trips to Los Angeles & San Diego area for concerts at The Hollywood Bowl, the Greek Theater, museums, sporting events, Hollywood sightseeing , Disneyland, the Beaches of Malibu& Santa Monica ,Laguna Beach, Newport Harbor for Sail & motor boat rentals, deep sea fishing, Whale Watching , Santa Barbara , Temecula Wine Tours ,Lake Arrowhead &Big Bear Mountain, Everything Southern California has to offer
One renter must be 55yrs + no smoking, one small pet considered 4 monthminimum rental in winter months (November thru March ). Reduced rates for longer stays. 30 day minimum spring and summer months (March - October) close by shopping, supermarket. Golf cart included with 4-5 month rental.
