About Orus Guerra
We bought this house in 2006 because our jobs were very close and we really liked the area. We liked it so much that we decided to purchase the house right next door. Living in the high desert we get to enjoy and appreciate all four seasons. Therefore, we take advantage of all our natural surrounding areas and activities.

Why Orus Guerra chose Northeast Heights
This property was remodeled to our taste. We did 90% of the remodel ourselves. We purchased the house in 06 and was filmed for the HGTV show in 2008. They highlighted the before and after value after all the changes. This was going to be the house we wanted to live for a long time until we moved next door! We literally put our heart and sweat on making this little house a cozy living.
What makes this House unique
Two very nice benefits about this house: Great for working professionals with longer corporate stays! Its super easy to access from I-40 Its very closely convenient to the new Win Rock mall that is currently under construction. It is said to be one of the best attractions for retail in Albuquerque. Not to mention, you can easily ride a bike, long board or walk down to all the retail stores and restaurants located in Up Town.

Great place to stay in Albuquerque - clean, well-appointed, and very convenient location!
We had a great stay here while spending a few days over New Years down in Albuquerque! Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the place was extremely clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well-appointed, making it easy to cook several meals at home, and there was plenty of space for the 6 adults we had staying here. With the cold weather, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor patio spaces, but they looked great. The neighborhood was very quiet, but I40 is easily accessible, and shopping in the Uptown area is just a couple minutes away. The trail that runs along the Embudo Arroyo is also just a block if you want to get out for a run or walk. Overall, great stay - highly recommend!
The house was clean and had plenty of space. Safe neighborhood, and easy access to stores, restaurants, and I-40. We were very pleased with the property.
Loved the house. Convient to everything we wanted to see.
Great open room house.
We really enjoyed our stay. House was very open and roomy. It is in a great part of Albuquerque. Very pet friendly. The last night we were there the air conditioner went out but Orus came right over to check on it for us. Unfortunately the air stayed out for our last night. All that being said I would definitely stay there again and plan to on my next trip to Albuquerque.
It was a great experience
Our stay in the house during our recent trip was wonderful for my family. It was so much better than staying in separate hotel rooms. We could be together yet spread out. We came together from different cities so it was a good reunion. We would spend the day out in the heat and would return to the cool house to recover in the evenings. The house had pretty much everything we needed and even allowed me to wash some laundry when I needed to.
The house was adequate, however was overpriced. We stayed at a much nicer home in Santa Fe for a comparable price.
Hi Jan. Sorry you feel that way. For a 3 bedroom house at 149.00 per night it’s certainly within range in my area. I hope that your ranking is not based on the confront of the house, rather, purely pricing. I do discount returning customers and I’m happy to chat with you on price for your next stay. Have a good day!
