Summary:
HIDDEN GEM in the heart of Uptown! Spacious two-story townhouse. Quiet, peaceful oasis with free off-street parking for one vehicle (plenty of street parking as well). Tons of great local and modern dining & shopping options within a 5-10 minute drive. Enjoy queen sized memory foam mattress, memory foam pillows, summer pool access, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dry combo, complementary coffee bar, and 55" HD Smart TV. Come experience all that Albuquerque has to offer at Marvel

Other Things to Note:
Please note, the pool is only open during the summer and is closed after Labor Day Weekend. The pool is also closed for regular maintenance on Mondays and may also be closed for unexpected repairs or cleanings. Pool schedule is subject to change at the discretion of the property management company. This is something that is out of our control but we will do our best to notify you ahead of time.

Our ABQ stay

We were happy with our stay at this location. Everything was as shown. It was too bad we were too early for the pool. It looked lovely out the window. The reserved parking was appreciated.

When we first arrived we didn’t know what to expect. We drove up to the building and noticed that it was an apartment complex. Which was not something completely forthcoming on the description. We did like that the parking was enclosed. The room wasn’t entirely clean. There was spots in the restroom and living room. There were minor damages in the living restroom and in the living area near the front door was a hole in the wall. I documented everything via video. I also reached out to the owner of the unit. Also the rod for the blinds in the living area was missing. The light on the fan did not work. The pool was awesome. On our last night was when everything was ruined by a neighboring unit. They began playing music around midnight completely ignoring the quiet hour rules. The owner of my unit stated he did not own that unit but would try to reach out and ask them to turn the nose down. I stayed up until 4 am when the music finally stopped. I had only 2 hours of sleep. We had an early morning that day. It was awful!!! That was the biggest upset. This is exactly why we moved to a home and away from the apartment lifestyle. The uncertainty of your neighbors. If you do stay here please keep that in mind. It’s like rolling the dice you win some you lose some. In our case we lost. It was enough to not want to stay here again.
