Awesome place!

We decided to pick this place because the location was great and the photos too but it was way better when we got there! The place is beautiful and we were so lucky to be the only guest at the time so all the top roof was entirely for us. All the service and employees were so nice and they treat us amazingly good, thank you!! For sure a place to visit!

Staff is friendly

With the exception of the staff, we were very disappointed in our stay this time. Villa was dirty, had to buy a new coffee maker since theirs was rusted and lid broken. Nobody comes to clean bathrooms and no cleaning supplies available. No hot water twice, pool was not operational, no breakfast available and every morning at 8:00 a.m. they were banging and drilling on the roof so there was no chance of sleeping in at all. We were there in June 2021 and they were renovating. This time in October they are still renovating. While The Villa met our needs, we would not book again. The staff was great but the hotel is definitely not worth the cost and aggregation. Very disappointed.

The penthouse was excellent. It had two king size bedrooms and one and a half bath as well as the living room dining room and kitchen. The view of the water was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Cozumel.

Great location!

We loved staying in town, so easy to walk to great restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, the couches could use new cushions though. Kitchen was modern, view from the deck outstanding, and AC kept everything comfortable. Bartender made the best Mojito I had in Cozumel! Would definitely recommend this condo, thank you!
