Stay close to everything in this simple, centrally located 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo in downtown Cozumel. Just a short walk from the oceanfront and within minutes of the main square, grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops, this budget-friendly unit offers A/C in every room, WiFi, a full kitchen, and comfortable sleeping space for families or small groups. It’s a practical and convenient home base for divers, travelers, and anyone exploring the island on foot.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with sofas, a TV, and an open dining space. The kitchen includes basic cookware and essentials for easy meal prep during your stay. The bedrooms feature one king bed in the primary room and two double beds in the second bedroom, providing a flexible layout for groups needing extra space. The bathroom includes a standard shower with hot water, and each room has its own A/C unit for added comfort.

Guests have private access to the entire condo—including the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom—and can also use the shared outdoor common areas around the complex. This is a central neighborhood in town, so normal street or neighbor noise is possible. I am available through the app or by text message if you need anything during your stay.

– Cozumel plumbing is sensitive; do not flush paper. All toilet paper and paper products must go in the bathroom trash bin.
– Tap water is not drinkable; a purified water jug is provided.
– Please keep noise reasonable late at night out of respect for nearby residents.
– Only registered guests are allowed inside the condo.
– Keep the doors locked when inside or when leaving the property.
– Trash can be taken to the designated outdoor area.
