Cosy Original Miners Cottage - Magnificent views of the Great Western Tiers

A fully self contained miners cottage is all yours- offering privacy, comfort and magnificent views from the rear balcony.
The 1st bedroom has a queen bed with electric blankets, & the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, the kitchen is fully self
contained with all the essentials and a bit more bacon eggs and bread milk/tea/ coffee supplied
The spacious bathroom has a spa/ shower/shampoo/conditioner, hair-dryer.
all you need for a relaxing time away.
The cottage is split level with steps throughout, so this may not suit all guests.
The back deck is enclosed with massage chair, TV, Children's play area, exercise bike and views of the Great Western Tiers.
Launceston 30min.
Devonport 30min.
Cradle Mountain 1.5hrs
Trowanna wildlife Park 20min
Mole Creek Caves 40min.
Deloraine is a perfect base to do day trips in the North.

Lovely little cottage, so full of character and really appreciated the extra touches of the massage chair and the spa bath. Well equiped and very comfortable, and a very convenient location to explore Deloraine.

The cottage is exactly what you see in the images. It’s quirky with so much to see and explore. Very clean, well supplied and such a lovely garden. It is close to a lot of things to see and do. Would stay again.

Wonderful and quirky. I particularly liked the use of recycled materials and the creative decor. I wish I could have stayed longer as I was as happy as a pig relaxing here.

Nice location. More set up for a family than two couples. Found the beds a bit uncomfortable. Very clean and tidy.

Cosy and Funky Cottage!

We came back to this accommodation having stayed in 2020. Even though it was just one night, we absolutely loved this place. Everything we could need was provided. Super cosy and fun vibe. Loved the artwork and decor. Will probably stay again!

The house was quaint and eclectically decorated. It was comfortable and warm at night. Only thing it lacked was a vegetable peeler.☺️. Close drive to Woolworths and good coffee shops. Lovely area.

Small but pretty

This looks very cute from the outside. Easy to find and great parking. We only stayed the night so we were just passing through. The bed was comfy and coming from Cairns in May we really appreciated having heating in the bathroom. Lots of levels nside the house so wouldn't be good for older people who struggle with steps. Overall the house was perfect for what we needed.

Quirky & cute

It was a cute little house, and seemed to have everything you need. I didn't find the single bed very comfortable. The massage chair was a nice treat. I wouldn't have a long stay here, but great for a stop over passing through the beautiful town of Deloraine.

Delightful little cottage

Overall delightful and will be a delightful memory. 3 family members in our 70s. Probably not ideal for our ages as multiple internal steps required careful negotiation. Unavoidable unfortunately, but fortunately no mishaps. The kitchen was generous and generously provisioned, as was the bathroom, and we enjoyed the garden including some produce - the spinach. The gardener in our group was delighted by the unusual hydrangea.
