Magnífica casa de vacaciones de lujo a poca distancia del Yacht Club y la playa de Cape Coral. Ubicación privilegiada en el canal de acceso al velero, a minutos del Golfo. Dé un paseo hasta el nuevo restaurante y bar Boathouse Waterfront en el Yacht Club.



Nuestra casa de vacaciones de lujo más nueva lo ofrece todo! 3 habitaciones, 2 baños con más de 2,600 pies cuadrados de área de estar, piscina climatizada eléctrica y spa con fuente de agua, cubierta de la piscina de gran tamaño, exposición trasera occidental, muelle grande para botes con ascensor y más.



Esta nueva casa personalizada cuenta con una gran sala con centro de entretenimiento, televisor de pantalla plana grande, Playstation 3 con reproductor de Blu Ray, cocina abierta con barra de desayuno y mostradores de granito, comedor formal y desayunador. ¡Amplios espacios abiertos!



La gran suite principal tiene acceso a la terraza de la piscina, TV de pantalla plana y dos vestidores grandes. Junto a la suite principal se encuentra el lujoso baño principal con tocadores dobles, bañera centrada en el jardín y ducha a ras de suelo.



Separados de la suite principal en el otro lado de la casa hay dos habitaciones, que comparten un baño grande con una ducha de gran tamaño y acceso a la piscina. Las dos habitaciones de gran tamaño ofrecen vestidores grandes. Uno de los dormitorios también tiene acceso a la cubierta de la piscina.

Cape Coral getaway

Wonderful open spaces of the house created a great atmosphere for relaxing. The kitchen space was expansive, and great for entertaining. The pool and hot tub set the mood for calming the muscles after a day of play.

We found this property after experiencing an issue with our first rental. We absolutely loved this rental. It was in great shape, had a wonderful pool and lanai area and large open great room concept. Would rent this place again.

Like Home in a Beautiful Setting

As soon as we entered, we felt right at home! The property was large, clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is very conveniently located to the Yacht Club area (easily walkable to the popular Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill). We walked daily and took the supplied bikes out for a spin around town. The outside pool area was the best part of the accommodations. Very spacious, very scenic (with canal views directly behind) and very well furnished with separate dining, lounging and sitting areas. It is definitely where we spent most of our time--would highly recommend to others and would gladly stay again.

Beautiful Gem that won't disappoint.

It's difficult to check all the boxes when planning a trip. However, this property met them all. Upon arrival first impression was amazing, the property is beautiful just as the photos show. The cleaning team was amazing, neat as a pin. Attention to details, the towels were folded like a cruise, there wasn't as much as a fingerprint on the many glass windows throughout the home. One of my friends is one of the most picky, "clean freaks" and he kept commenting on how clean the property was. The boat lift worked well for my 23' bay reef and the canal was a 4 min boat ride to the river on a very quiet canal. Fishing was good in the canal off the dock. The pool and hot tub were very nice and worked well after long days of fishing and boating was a real plus for relaxation. The gas grill provided was a very good quality and worked well for several steak dinners. Property has plenty of outdoor sitting and lounges, towels, kitchen is well supplied. The level of service from property manager Florian was amazing and caring. He was well organized and responsive communicating all aspects of check-in and check-out procedures and sending texts just to make sure everything met our expectations. The only things I could mention to folks considering this property is: 1. I brought a 75' garden hose and nozzle for boat cleanup. 2. The pool remote control does work best in pool area as mentioned in instructions. We look forward to booking this property again next year. Well Done!

We always enjoy working with Florian. He is always there when we need him. Very professional and highly trusted property manager. Being close to Cape Harbour is a plus. There are great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Banana Bay Boat tours is located there where you can make reservations to go dolphin watching or take a Sunset cruise at a great price. We also rented a boat with Captain Paul who came right to the house on the canal to pick us up. It was awesome.

Yacht club villa

In a lovely location, walking distance to the boathouse and beach. Nice pool but outdoor furniture is looking tired! Cooking utensils and dishes really need to be replaced. That was the only reason I couldn’t give the villa a five star rating.

Wonderful stay and beautiful house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property near the Yacht Club over the holidays. The house is beautiful and very clean. It had every amenity you could possibly want or need. If you think what you need is not there, just look again and you’ll probably find it ;-). The property manager, Florian, was terrific. We arrived just before Christmas and had trouble figuring out the spa. Even though it was a holiday, Florian got back to us about the spa operation right away and we got things working. Then, just as luck would have it, two light bulbs that were too high to reach decided to go on the fritz and started blinking like strobe lights instead of just dying out. Again, Florian was on it and came out to the house to fix the problem. Thank you Florian! We rented a boat during our stay and just loved that we had a boat lift and dock available. It was so much fun to explore the Caloosahatchee River, Sanibel, and surrounding areas. We had some fishing equipment, but the house came with fishing poles, bait box, and more so we were able to fish in the canals and river. A bonus for us was that we could park the car in the garage. No matter how safe the neighborhood, in today’s unpredictable world it’s always reassuring to have your vehicle safely parked in a garage rather than out on the driveway. The location is quiet yet close to everything. It’s a walkable distance to a fun on-the-water tiki bar and grill, small beach and playground at the Yacht Club, and within a mile or two to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Definitely recommend this property for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Fantastic stay!

We loved this absolutely beautiful property. The decor and extras made this a wonderful experience. The only negative I would have is the spa. It had a valve that malfunctioned which made the already difficult process even more complicated. I would recommend automating the spa operations. If it requires multiple pictures to operate, it’s too complicated. Otherwise, it was fabulous and would definitely stay there again.

Great house on a quite canal near the Yacht Club

My family just stayed at this house 5/4-5/11 and it was even better than the pictures. It is located on a quiet canal very close to the yacht club. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool area was excellent and it does face west so it gets full sun all afternoon. There were a couple umbrellas on wheels by the pool that you can move around to give yourself a little shade. The yacht club is just a couple blocks away from the house and there is a small beach there on the river which is nice if you don't want to drive out to a beach on the gulf. I messaged Florian a few times before arrival and the responses were always quick. We drove to Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel a few times and it is pretty quick and easy to get to either from this location. There were four bikes and two kayaks in the garage. There were four fishing poles out back by the pool and also a deck box with lots of pool toys. We used the hot tub one night and were able to get the water hot in a short time. There are instructions in the house on how to get the pool plumbing adjusted to work the jets for the hot tub. I would highly recommend this house to anyone on the fence about renting it.

Great location, beautiful home

The house was beautiful, in very good condition and had all needed amenities. The property manager was very responsive and the overall experience was wonderful. The pool and spa were great for our young kids, we caught several fish from the dock and even saw dolphins feeding in the canal a few times. Location was so convenient (3 minute drive) to the Yacht club beach, restaurant and fishing pier and within 10 minutes of several very good restaurants “in town”.

PERFECT Property

We have been renting houses every year in Cape Coral. This was by far the nicest house we have ever rented... beautifully decorated, clean, kitchen packed with everything u need, towels and beach towels galore, fishing equipment, Etc. Neighbors are friendly and short walking distance to pier! Everything just made us feel at home and relaxed. We will definitely be back. (And Florian the manager of the property was so helpful and answered us immediately. )

Our family of three stayed for a week and had an excellent stay. It was perfect, the home had more than enough space for us. My son enjoyed the pool everyday. The home itself is stunning and the neighborhood is excellent. Great location in proximity to everything you need. Ft Myers Beach is just a short drive away as well which offers a beautiful sunset on the beach. Owner was available to answer any questions we had quickly during our stay. Great communication which made for an easy comfortable trip with no hassles. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. We hope to rebook again! Thanks!
