Lovely lake house in a beautiful location right on the water. The property was very comfortable and relaxing, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Such a peaceful place for a getaway. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

The house was a great space for our party of 11. There was plenty of room for all of us and we could enjoy time with the whole group or also be spread out if we wanted. The dock is very relaxing with one area covered by trees, providing a nice shade. We also did some fishing off the dock, which was so fun for the kids! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and Ray was very responsive throughout our stay.

Great stay at the house, very clean, Ray was able to accommodate us with an early check in which was very helpful. House is set up great for 3 groups - allows 2 bedrooms to share a bath plus 1 room with en-suite bath. Kitchen was very well stocked and property overall in great shape. Boats were a nice addition and hot tub was well maintained.We will definitely rent this unit again next time we are in the Poconos.

The property was great for our family of 10. Two levels and large living rooms on both floors allow everyone to spread out. Though we did not have to contact the host much during our stay, all communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process. The location of the property was perfect as it was centrally located for all of the activities that we wanted to do in the Poconos. Being on the lake was wonderful, and the community was active with but peaceful, a great balance. For check-in be aware that if checking in towards the beginning of the check-in time that you could be in for a wait at the welcome center (when picking up your parking pass). Not a big deal, just something to be aware of. Our family would absolutely stay at the property again in the future.

The bedroom and bathroom configuration was good with lots of common space that was very nice and comfortable. Obviously, having lakefront property is a must/plus. However, the kitchen was a great disappointment. The house accommodates 14, we only had 9, but the flatware and china had to be washed between each meal due to the lack of settings provided. The dishwasher did not dry, so each load had to be dried by hand before putting away. Bring your own pots, pans if you don’t hope to ingest teflon.

Hi Sharon. We wish you had told us when you checked in, we had additional dishware, pots and pans and utensils in stock that we could have provided. Appolopgies for not noticing that ahead of time. Sometimes dishes are broke and utensils accidentally thrown away, and we may not catch that right away. We have have re-supplied those items to the kitchen and have addressed the dishwasher by resetting it to make sure it's working correctly

We had a great experience staying at the house. The location is tranquil. The house has plenty of room and is well equipped. Ray, the host, we available for questions leading up to the trip and through the trip. We didn't have any problems.

Everything was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We loved everything there was to do, the pool table, the hot tub, firepit, rowboat, kayak, pedal boat. Everything was a hit with the family and it was a comfy, cozy spot in the poconos!

Our group included two grandparents and our two sons and their families for a total of 10: 6 adults and 4 children, aged 3-9. The layout of the house was fabulous for us - the family with the 3-yo took over the bottom level because it had perfect quiet space for napping. We especially liked that there were a couple of small extra rooms for reading or quiet time (we used one of them as the bedroom for the 3 yo). The main living room had enough space for all of us to watch movies together. The hot tub sat under an overhang which was great because one day of our stay was very rainy. The lake and its fish were the big hit. With the row boat and the kayak that come with the house, it was easy to take the kids out for fishing expeditions. The lake seemed to be full of big hungry pickerel, and we caught 4 or 5.The house as very clean and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We had no problems with the property so no need to check in with Ray, but he was quickly responsive to our questions beforehand. One note about nearby stores and services: be aware that when you turn right out of Ray's gated community onto Rte 196E, within a few miles there are a variety of stores, including a large grocery store. My phone somehow didn't tell me that, so we had to find that area by trial and error. We loved the house and will certainly plan to stay there again the next time a large group of us head off to the Poconos.
