Spacious Pocono Lakefront Retreat w/ Amenities

Welcome to our spacious triple deck lakefront home nestled in the natural beauty of Pocono Lake. Surrounded by nature’s serenity, it is the perfect 4-season retreat for endless year-round family-friendly fun.

The house is perfectly sized for large groups. Three living areas; one on each level of the home for you to spread out and separate groups, or join in the fun together. The private backyard has something for everyone. Bring your fishing gear and enjoy fishing right from our yard in our stocked lake, take in the sun, throw a football around, take our water crafts out on the swimmable lake and start a fire with the provided wood logs in our stone firepit. Extendable smores sticks as well as Adirondack chairs are available for you to use to roast marshmallows around the fire pit.

The first floor features spectacular panoramic views of the lake from our deck. The kitchen has an open concept that connects the dining room and breakfast area where various board games can be played. Dining room opens up to the deck with deck counters where you can have your breakfast and coffee while watching the sunrise or sip on a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Family room has a 65” Roku smart TV with paid Netflix and YouTube Plus so you can stream your latest shows and movies. There is also a 1/2 bathroom on this floor.

Second floor features the master suite with a private full bathroom, a king bed and 3 large glass doors that opens up to your own private balcony with a breathtaking view of the lake. Please note that the highlight of this room is the natural light from the glass doors, therefore, there are no window coverings in this room.

The basement includes a washer and dryer, game rooms with a 55” Samsung smart TV, ping pong table, pool table, arcades, foosball table, a dart board and walkout to another deck with access to the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, pots, pans, rice cooker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine and utensils. A charcoal grill is also available to use in the backyard under the gazebo.

Bedroom 5: Full on full bunk bed with a trundle and a queen size pull out sofa (perfect room for all the kids to hang out!)

Included are essentials like bed linens, pillows and blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, bath and lake towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, garbage liners, dish and hand soaps, spices and more.

We have various water crafts available for you to use. There are:
1 three-person canoe
1 two-person kayak
2 single adult kayaks
2 single kids kayaks
1 single youth kayak/stand up board
1 stand up paddle board
1 floating lily pad (this is the kids' favorite and can hold up to 1500lbs)

Life jackets in both kids and adult sizes available.

For the winter activity adventurers, about 5-10 minutes walk from the house is a wonderful hill, perfect for snow tubing in the community. There are 3-4 sleds available for you to use. Around between December-March when the lake freezes over, you can ice skate or try ice fishing on our lake. There are 5 pairs of ice skates in kids and adult sizes available for you to use.

Central air available on the second floor. First floor operates on a heat pump which produce both AC and heat.
Family room has a fireplace insert that produces flames and heat.
Basement has propane wall heaters, ceiling fans and wall AC units.

Jack Frost ski resort is about 20 minutes away from the house.
Camelback mountain is 30 minutes away.
The Crossings Premium Outlets is 30 minutes away.

We are located in the gated Arrowhead Lake Community, which will give you access to all the available amenities: 3 seasonal outdoor pools ( closed after Labor Day until Memorial Day), 4 beaches with playgrounds, tennis & basketball courts, walking trails, fitness center and the lodge (with adults billiards room, great room/library and fantastic family activities on various weekends).

*****MANDATORY community fees, NOT included and must be paid to Arrowhead Lake at least 7 days before arrival. It is required all year round for all guests age 6 and up at following rate:

In-season rate, from May 24 to September 2: $8.50 per person per night or $42.50 per week.

Off season rate, from September 3 to May 23: $2 per person per night.

Gate card for each vehicle is $20 per vehicle.

PLEASE DO NOT book if your arrival date is less than 7 days away. Last minute reservation is not allowed due to HOA pre-registration requirements.

Owner will Initiate community rental forms 2 week before check in.

Exactly 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive your check-in instructions with the door code to the house.

Sorry but NO PETS or SMOKING/VAPING is allowed. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for breaking either rule.

Please note, minimum age to book is 25 y/o and there is no exception to this rule.
