The thermostat was a little difficult to get to work. The sink in the queen bathroom was extremely slow draining and the lamp was broke. The view was not great but the balcony was large. Parking is definitely not big enough for the number of guests. Overall it was a nice place to stay

Great Gatlinburg experience

The condo was in a great location for exploring all over Gatlinburg. Easy walking distance to lots of fun things or to the trolley stop. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely updated and the condo had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

Updated condo within walking distance to all of the Gatlinburg attractions! The huge porch with rocking chairs was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Spacious unit with good amenities!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews however this booking was disappointing. Walked in to a dirty diaper behind inside air unit very easy to see and lacks proper locks on back patio. Property manager had me send pictures to prove the dirty diaper was actually there instead of apologizing and sending someone immediately. Did not feel safe in area we were in to walk to restaurants . Would not stay here again .

When you reported the diaper hidden behind the AC vent, my cleaner asked for a photo to direct the crew to the exact spot and for future reference and future cleaning inspections, not to question your experience. A cleaner was dispatched immediately after my concierge received the call and was on-site in less than an hour. I take cleanliness seriously and act quickly on all concerns. Regarding safety, I’m sorry you felt uneasy. I’ve hosted hundreds of guests at my properties over the years without incident or issue, and Gatlinburg overall is a very popular destination where visitors regularly walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and the Gatlinburg Strip."

If you want a place to stay in Gatlinburg that’s clean, spacious and within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, this is the place to stay! We spent seven nights in this condo and really enjoyed our stay. Although it’s close to downtown, it was quiet at night with a family-friendly atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. My son liked hanging out at the pool. Unfortunately, the facility hot tub was closed for repairs, but it looked like it would be ready to reopen this summer. We also enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs on the balcony. Gary, our contact person, was also very prompt in answering my texts. This condo is an excellent value. I would recommend it to anyone!

Walking distance to everything

This property was nice and clean. It’s close to downtown, you can literally walk everywhere. Which is good because traffic in downtown is hectic. The place overall had all the amenities. Towels for showering, including soap and shampoo. It’s a great place for a weekend stay.

Perfect place, close to downtown!

Condo was on a hill and super close to the main downtown Gatlinburg area. This was one of the reasons we decided to stay here as it allowed us to walk everywhere! The unit was updated, clean and had a nice cozy feel. It had just enough space for the four of us. Definitely would recommend as the location was perfect. Just be aware that with the condo on a hill you are walking up and down inclines.

Wow, this really is a great place to stay, got in late from a long drive, wasn’t thinking straight, was a bit confused about my accommodations, so I called my contact person, can you believe this guy answered the phone at 1 am, needless to say, he got me taken care of. I truly enjoyed my stay at this place, it really felt like home, oh yeah, I did have an encounter with a bear, and I do thank Jeff (the maintenance man) and his son for helping me out in that situation.

Cute place, needs updates and cleaning

This was a cute place but we had a mouse in the condo while we were there. Someone was beating on our door at 11 at night the first night. Just a little sketchy for me. Great owners. It was clean but lots of stains etc. great location.

The accessibility ramp is located on the side of the building which is a bit far. Worst place

Worst place to stay. Our main problem was abt cleanliness. Bathrooms were too dirty and shower curtain had mold as mildew on it. Seen cob webs on ceilings. Balcony were dirty you don’t feel like to seat in chairs outside. Lamps and tables were dusty.
