Vila Praiana - Apartment 9 - Apartment for families up to six people

Amid the tropical mountains, overlooking the sea and islands of Praia da Lagoinha, in Ubatuba, Vila Praiana offers seven unique apartments, equipped for families of four. The minimalist and modern design offers itself to the simple lifestyle of this Caiçara community. Praia da Lagoinha is ideal for families with small children and bathers, while Praia do Sapê (next door) is a good well-known surfing spot, with instructors for both surfing and stand-up paddle. Ubatuba has more than 100 beaches at your disposal!

Our layout is wonderfully complicated, giving character to each apartment and maximizing the view of the ocean.

Unit 9 has 3 floors, with the kitchen on the ground floor, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bunk bed and bathroom on the second floor and the third with a balcony with spectacular views.

Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, oven and stove; bathroom with shower, living room with 32 "LED TV with SkyLivre and ceiling fan. There is air conditioning in the double bedroom. Four of our units offer bunk beds suitable for children, in a second small bedroom, or inside the master bedroom. Three units contain a sofa bed in the living room.
We provide pillows (4), tea towels (2) and bathroom floor and a bed cover. However, a bed and bath set fee will be charged.
You will find a small amount of sugar, salt, coffee, detergent and toilet paper for your arrival.
