Huge two storey house wiht 4 double bedrooms, 2 living areas, dining room, kitchen island bench, heated pool, spa and swim jet.
Live like a Melburninan in one our best shopping villages - the famous Hawksburn village. Walking distance to Toorak Village, Chapel Street and the best Prahran, South Yarra and Toorak has to offer.
Shopping, cafes, bars- we have it all.Located on a tram and bus stop wiht train station nearby it is a perfect base to explore Melbourne and just 15 minutes or so travel to get into the City.
Ours is a house for living in - very comfortable and relaxed, a little bit quirky but with a great vibe. If you are after 5 star luxury we are not for you. But if you want to settle in to experience life in one of Melbourne's best suburbs you will have a great time.
The whole house will be yours as we will be away.
