Welcome to Warrandyte Haven, a spacious 6-bedroom home perfect for large families or groups, accommodating up to 12 guests. Featuring 7 beds and two cozy futons, this newly renovated retreat offers ample room for relaxation, including a fun outdoor swimming pool for entertainment. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, you’re just a short drive from local attractions and the beautiful Yarra River. Experience the ideal blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway!
BBQ Grill Usage and Cleaning
Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grill; however, it must be thoroughly cleaned after use. If the BBQ grill is not cleaned, or if the cleaning is insufficient, our cleaning team will handle it, and a $60 cleaning fee will be deducted.
Swimming Pool Notice
For safety and maintenance reasons, guests are kindly asked not to operate or adjust any swimming pool equipment or systems. If the pool system is tampered with or damaged, guests may be responsible for repair and labour costs.
Guests are welcome to use the manual pool net provided to remove leaves or debris from the pool surface only.
• Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
• Government-issued ID may be required.
• Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
• Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
• Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
• Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
• All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
• Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
• Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
• Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
• To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
• WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
• Quiet Hours (After 9:30 PM): Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors.
• Noise Monitoring: We have a system in place to detect excessive noise. If an alert goes off, action will be taken.
• To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
• A $1000 security bond will be required.
By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.
