This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive holiday home is set up superbly with a big open plan living, dining and kitchen area with magnificent water views. Sit inside and watch the kids swimming or kayaking just a few metres away! Stroll out to the back outdoor entertaining area, and enjoy the sunshine and the views.

The second living area is an entertainment paradise! Kids, teenagers, and big kids will love this space! Billiard table, TV, DVD and stereo.

The spacious kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and all cooking facilities adjoins the dining area also with uninterrupted water views and access to the waterside alfresco area. There is a BBQ!

The main outdoor entertaining area is adjacent to the living/dining area with views to the river. This area is fully available for guest use

100% Pet Friendly! This means the backyard is fully fenced and your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside! The fence to the rear of the property is 670MM at its lowest point. This may mean that it may not be suitable for dogs that can jump.

Indoor Wood Heater - please bring your own firelighters, matches, kindling, and wood.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
