Cape Winds 505 is proudly owned by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Fully renovated with a cool, comfortable style in mind, this condo has a stunning top floor oceanfront view from the open concept living room, dining room & kitchen. The private balcony has a high top table and 4 chairs, so you can sit and enjoy the stunning views & the sound of the waves.

Step off the balcony into the spacious living room which boasts a 65" smart TV & a queen air mattress. The kitchen has brand new storm grey cabinets & quartz counters for those who love to cook. The open concept dining room has a table with 6 chairs to enjoy meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress, TV, en-suite & closet. The guest bedroom has a new queen panel bed with memory foam mattress, TV & closet.

Other conveniences have been provided so you can just step in a relax!

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex that has has amenities for the whole family. Lounge around the large pool, rest in the hot tub, or get active on the tennis & basketball courts. There is a short boardwalk right at the complex to get to the white sandy beach - you couldn't be any closer!! The complex is situated 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, and close to many restaurants & attractions. The Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Brevard Zoo & the Outlet malls are easy day trips. The Orlando International Airport is 45 miles away.

Loved our stay at Cape Wind. Had a wonderful view of the ocean. Watching the cruise ships coming and going. Was able to walk to pier and shopping close by. Also saw a rocket launch from beach out front of condo. Condo met all our needs. Will definitely return to 505.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I really appreciated the beach supplies that were provided. It kept us from having to pack and travel with so much extra. One of the beach chairs was actually broken and they quickly dropped a new one off to us! Easy access to the beach! I also loved how close everything was. One mile from Cocoa Beach pier and lots of shopping and restaurants. We also got to watch two rockets launch right from our beach!! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Had an amazing stay at Cape Winds! Beautiful ocean views that cannot be beat and beach access just steps away! The unit was clean upon arrival with no trace of any previous guests. And with many bonus amenities including a pool, hot tub, and even tennis courts you will not get bored. All Stay in Cocoa Beach employees were a pleasure to work with and ensured my stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Can't wait to book through them again!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay! The location is fantastic. Getting around Cape Canaveral was easy. Close to other attractions. We loved coffee on the patio and impromptu walks on the beach. Apartment was very clean. Had almost everything we needed. Beach gear could be refreshed. Umbrella and one of the chairs was pretty rusty. Also loved the pickleball courts!

Rest and Relaxation

This was not our first time staying at this condo and it again met all our needs. Was quiet and the beach is unmatched. We love having the pool for the kids who don’t love the ocean swimming as much. The rooms are large and we had lots of space as a young family. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony! Highly recommend

Will Book Again!

Great top floor unit with amazing sunrise views. Very short walk to the beach, with perfect views of ships coming in and out of the port. Management company is incredibly responsive to your needs. We had a defective coffee maker on the first morning and Kelsy replaced it almost immediately. If I could give this experience 10 stars, I would.

Gorgeous ocean front view!

Condo was beachy but not over the top, clean, and had all basic items needed. We were unaware that construction noise starts at 8am and goes all day until approximately 6pm. And, the pool would be closed during those same hours. We may rent this condo again if the construction is completed.

Very nice unit with great views and easy access to the beach. A couple of things that could improve: It could use a couple of pans, and the king size bed was way too soft and bouncy for my taste. The couch and the sofa in the living room can use a deep cleaning.

Fantastic view! Lovely 2 bedroom condo! Perfect for friends to join us to watch Super Bowl! Condo allows us to eat at “home” and great walks on the beach! We will be back!
