This 3-bedroom beachfront property is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 that want vacation time together, yet also value their own space and privacy. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, this can sleep guests on the queen sofa sleeper on the living room & pack 'n play.

You don't need to leave behind the convenience of your own home - this unit was completely renovated with your needs and ability to pack light in mind, including: a fully equipped to easily prepare home cooked meals; complete beach accessories; a full size W/D to allow for light packing; and more!

The condo has its own private & full strength WiFi free of charge, allowing you to stream your favorite shows or catch up on work. HD cable is in all rooms, along with FOUR 55-65” TVs!

Being 1 mile north of the pier provides beach privacy, with the action of the Pier & Ron Jons a walk down the beach.

Perfect location to Kennedy Space Center and great beach. We saw rocket launches from the balcony and dolphins. Has all you need for a day at the beach. The furniture is dirty and could be in better condition and the inside could be a little bit cleaner. Family had a great stay.

Clean, convenient with beautiful balcony ocean view. Steps to the water. We enjoyed a catamaran dolphin cruise with Cruise Cocoa on Always Sunday (boat name). Decided every time we come we will add that to our fun list.

I was here with my elderly mother and other extended family. Condo was clean and had great views. Kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes etc and tons of storage. Loved that they had beach chairs/umbrella for use. Keypad entries were great foraccess. Saw 3 launches of Spacex on the port side of the top floor. Overall, very happy with our accommodations.

Had a great time in cocoa beach. The condo was clean and very nice. I would recommend having a keypad for the doors so you don’t have to carry a key with you everywhere. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay!

The 3 bedroom condo was fantastic. It was clean and the bedrooms and kitchen were a great size. The view was great. We missed a launch due to weather, so we will be back. Can't wait.

We had high expectations for the condo and view, and they were beat! The view was breathtaking and we'd loved being on the top floor with no one above us. The condo and kitchen were very well stocked and everything was immaculate. They even provided everything we needed for the beach. Kelsy was such a pleasure interacting with and we're already planning our next year trip.

Overall very pleased

Condo is very clean and had plenty of supplies and linens. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed it immensely. Our recommendations would be for the property association to make sure both elevators work, only one worked while we were there, which is not enough for the entire complex. The large TVs were nice for the rainy days, however, the two in the guest bedrooms were not set up with cable -But our kids were able to connect to their personal online services. Overall, our entire group had a great time there.

Great property would stay again. Major issue was the sheets would not stay on the beds came off every time you moved. Minor issues can opener was broken has to buy one. Washer smelled needed a cleaning cycle. Dryer may need heating element took forever to dry. Faucets needed to be cleaned when you lifted to turn on. Kesly super nice responded quickly.

The Best of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach

I moved to this three bedroom, two bathroom, 9th floor, penthouse, beach-side condo for my 2nd week in the area in order to downsize from the 5 BR, 3 Bath beach house a mile closer to the Cocoa beach Pier where two of my families including 4 grandchildren (9 total) joined me for just one week. This change was perfect for my 2nd week where some friends and family members joined me for a few days each and enjoyed the great location that was less crowded than the Cocoa Beach Pier area but still close enough to easily access all of the Cocoa Beach restaurants and attractions. The penthouse view was great, which included great views of the ocean, beach and Port Canaveral watching the cruise ships coming and going from the largest cruise port in the world. Just minutes away it was very easy to access several great Cape Canaveral restaurants adjacent to the docked cruise ships. Our unit was super clean and the communications were great - the management company was exceptionally accommodating! I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

Cocoa Beach Towers

I will definitely stay here again! The property was easy to get to and the view was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and the pool was wonderful. I liked the fact that we had to use our key to get into the elevator. It didn’t seem like a bad neighborhood at all but we did feel extra safe. It was easy to get to shopping and to the Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to see a rocket launch from the balcony which was an added bonus. Our unit contact person, Kelsy, was easy to contact and always available to answer any of my questions. There was a washer and dryer in our unit so it was nice to be able to wash the beach towel and our personal clothes when needed. We got to watch the sunrise from our balcony or walked right down to the beach to watch. The other residents in the building were all nice, always smiling, saying hellos d asking where we were from. I am hoping to stay there again and would want the same unit if possible because it was perfect. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!!
