This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wi-fi, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Netflix, coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 chairs.

When you are done shopping and dining in the village you are conveniently located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean shoreline and Catalina Island. Just minutes away from world-class shopping and dining at Fashion Island featuring Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks Fifth Ave., The Cheesecake Factory, PF Changes and many other first-class experiences. Balboa Island is just a short 5-minute drive away to the north, Crystal Cove and Laguna Beach is a short drive to the south. The Corona Del Mar certified farmer’s market is 1 block away where farmers sell directly to the public every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1 PM. Located on the corner of Marguerite Ave. and Pacific Coast Highway. Beautiful property and location. Located a few blocks to restaurants, CVS, grocery store, and importantly the beach. Great location and well sized place to fit our family. Part of a 4-5plex and the unit had a terrific wide patio to eat and hang out. The place came with a garage parking spot which is key in this neighborhood and had all the beach supplies you could need! Wagon, umbrellas, towels, boogie board, chairs, shovels. We will certainly go back! Host was exceptional!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Villa in Corona Del Mar! From the very beginning, the owners went above and beyond by sending detailed and thoughtful information well before our trip. They provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and even CVS—all conveniently within walking distance—which made planning and settling in incredibly easy.The instructions for the home and the amenities available during our stay were clear and thorough. The Villa itself was just as cute and charming as the pictures, if not more so. The location truly could not be better—perfect for walking and fully immersing yourself in everything Corona Del Mar has to offer. Beach and water views are just a block away, which was a huge highlight!The neighborhood is very nice, upscale, and filled with friendly people, making it feel both welcoming and safe. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a beautiful, walkable area with stunning views and easy access to all the best that Corona Del Mar has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Seaview Getaway B in Corona Del Mar! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We really appreciated the quiet, residential setting and clear communication from the hosts.The garage parking made things easy, and the beach gear and wagons were a great bonus for our family. The keyless entry was super convenient once we got the hang of it (definitely read those instructions!). The A/C was quiet and efficient, and the patio was the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast or grilling dinner.The laundry access, booster seat, and Pack-n-Play were thoughtful additions that made traveling with kids so much easier. It’s clear the hosts care about guest comfort and experience—everything from the welcome instructions to the first aid kit was organized and helpful.We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway in Newport Beach!

Perfect Condo Close to Everything

What a marvelous condo close to the beach in CDM! The décor was tasteful, the kitchen, bedding, and bathroom amenities first rate. The setting is just a block up from a most beautiful beach with multiple clean bathrooms and lifeguard stations. We enjoyed the short stroll down to the beach past multi-million dollar homes with lovely landscaping. At night folks gather on the bluff to watch the sunset as the boats move in and out of the harbor. The condo owners are so gracious and take care to provide everything you need for the perfect beach getaway such as wagons, bikes, umbrella, beach chairs, towels, toys, and boogie boards. We appreciated these extras as we arrived by plane. One feature we especially loved about this area - the traffic was minimal and there were no busy streets to cross to get to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store - all close by. The patio has a lovely fence perfect for keeping small children safe. The temperature was ideal during our stay and we understand that soon air conditioning will be available here. Since this large house is divided into 4 condos, we think it would be a great place for a family reunion. We were in unit B and it was very quiet. We are so happy to have found this gem!
