Cleanliness of house

The location of the property is excellent. However, we were not pleased with the cleanliness of the property! We had to contact the housekeeper to re-clean the property because it wasn't fully cleaned for our family. We don't think that we will rebook this property.

The home was as described and pictured. It's a spacious home, perfect for families with children. The kids enjoyed the 2nd floor lounge section. The home has modern decor, the kitchen is full stocked. There's everything you'll need from smart TVs, backyard grill, beach accessories, towels, extra pillows, a few toys/games, cleaning supplies and plenty of space to spread out. The owner and cleaning staff were friendly and responded quickly to all questions and concerns. Neighbors were also friendly and helpful. Plenty of things to do onsite. 10 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes to Ocean City. Great location. We had a great stay!

Perfect getaway!

The townhouse was perfect for our weekend getaway. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations that our group of 9 perfectly. Nice, big kitchen with everything for cooking a meal right there. Beautiful location, just minutes from grocery and dining, as well as the beaches.

We stayed over the weekend for a quick girls trip to the beach. This home is in a convenient location to both restaurants, shopping and the beach. We all loved the decor and open concept of the home. Basic toiletries like trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels were provided which made things easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including salt and pepper and some basic spices. Thanks so much for everything! We enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful home, true to photos. The pool and exercise room are great options to have with the rental. Chris was responsive and very helpful. We went to the beach at Fenwick State Park which is about 7 miles away. Nice vacation spot!

Beautiful and cozy with lots to do!

Everything was clean and very well kept. Great layout and facilities. Owner was helpful and responsive. Bike riding was a breeze. The community, pool, and tennis were wonderful. Easy drive to Bethany, Fenwick, and Rehoboth. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We had an amazing family vacation!

Perfect Property

My sister and our husbands stayed at this property for a near by OC wedding. Everything was perfect. Easy check-in, the home was very clean, great pre check in communication with the owner including local suggested dining options, the home layout was perfect for our group and was well stocked with everything you could think of. Great location close to lots of things. Beautiful community. We definitely recommend and plan to rebook this property for future visits to the area.

Excellent Vacation

My son and I stayed in this townhouse for a week. Everything was perfect ! The house was equipped and stocked with everything you could possibly need which was great for us because we like to prepare some meals instead of going to restaurants for every meal. It even had a barbeque with propane included which we loved to use. The house was also beautifully decorated and furnished. The community amenities were great for us since I love to walk and my son used the fitness center every day. The pool was a lifesaver since it was in the 90s most days during our stay. They even have a shuttle to Bethany Beach. Everything was in close driving proximity, including beaches and restaurants. We even went to Ocean City for dinner and walk along the boardwalk. If you're looking for a relaxing and fun vacation, this is it! A big thank you to the owners and Evolve for making our vacation enjoyable and the rental process stress-free.
