Venez vous détendre dans ce magnifique condo de Zilker Park situé aux abords de Dowtown. À distance de marche du parc Zilker (domicile de l'ACL), de la piscine de Barton Springs, des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes cyclables, de la ceinture de verdure de Barton Creek, des restaurants, des cafés, des magasins et plus encore!

Ce condo est au coeur de loisirs d'Austin. Louez un vélo dans la rue et parcourez les sentiers pédestres et cyclables le long du lac Lady Bird ou explorez la Ceinture de verdure. À seulement 5 minutes en voiture ou en taxi du centre-ville d'Austin. Marchez jusqu’aux jardins d��Umlauf Scuplture, au jardin botanique Zilker, à la piscine Barton Springs et au "Restaurant Row", où vous trouverez d’excellents restaurants, cafés et bars. Il y a même un mini-marché juste à côté qui a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin!

La chambre a un lit queen avec écran de la vie privée et le salon a un dormeur de canapé futon épaisse, en or épais. Salle de bain complète avec beaucoup d'espace et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Un espace de stationnement sur place est fourni. Internet sans fil inclus.

Condo entier est disponible pour invité. Il y a une laverie sur place. Une place de parking est également fournie.

Nice quick weekend get-away!

Enjoyed this nice little place with the outdoor patio in the mornings and evenings with a cool breeze surrounded by trees and relax. Very convenient to the Barton Spings pool and all the food trucks to walk to. Had fun!.

It’s definitely a studio not a one bedroom - it was roomy. A few things didn’t work well; TV reception was bad. For the price I’d say it was worth it.Great neighborhood!

Great Condo next to Barton Springs

Lynne's condo was comfortable, convenient to one of the best spots in town, and a great deal. She was very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this cool condo to others and would certainly consider staying here again when I get another chance to visit Austin. Thanks a lot Lynne!

This condo was perfect for what we needed-a comfy bed to sleep in! Although a little dated the condo was clean. Not a lot of space but we weren't going to be in the condo much so that didn't really matter. Great location!

Zilker Park apartment

Was pretty much what we expected. Perfect accommodations for the two of us, perfect location for us - very easy walk to Barton Springs and the hiking/running trails around the springs and to Town Lake. Only complaints: extra folding chair on the balcony was filthy and unusable. and we could have used a decent set of wine glasses!

Cute and cozy studio

This place is cute and funky and fun. It’s nice being next door to the market plus it would be cool to be near the park but I didn’t have time to take advantage of that. I would say it could use some touch up painting and refresh of the trim, cabinets, etc. It’s a tad bit tired. However it was clean and the bed was comfy and I slept great.

Cute place located in a great area

Nice apartment located very close to Zilker Park (which was my point for staying here). It has air conditioning and the heater setting did not work (it was pretty cold at night). There is a clothes washer and dryer in the unit, but the manual says it is not for guests. The laundry facilities are downstairs. Bedsheets are provided along with two small thin blankets ( I did not sleep well because I was cold). I felt safe even with a fair amount of people outside at night.Overall, it was an OK experience and if I have the opportunity to stay here again, I will prepare better.

Location, Location, Location!

If you are looking for a great location, this is the place for you. However, the apartment is much smaller than it appears in the picture and could use some updating and paint. The housekeeping staff does a lousy job. The floors were so dirty that the bottom of my white socks were almost black after walking around at various times of the day. The sponge provided to wash dishes, was old, worn, and filthy. There were not sheets for the futon. Pluses: Wonderful little grocery store next door, bike rental station just a couple of blocks away, Barton Springs Pool is an easy walk. An easy ride share to downtown. Bed and Futon were very comfortable. Cute, hip decorative pieces and stained concrete floors. A/C and fans. Full kitchen.

Hi Rebecca. I apologize if the condo did not meet your expectations. Our housekeepers work hard to keep the space clean and sanitized, but it must have been overdue for our routine deep cleaning. Perfect Location

This charming studio was the perfection location for my recent trip, not only to get around Austin but also was directly across the street from my daughter’s apartment. Walking distance to Barton Springs as well. Enjoyed my coffee on the balcony every morning too. Highly recommend.
