We will supply everything else. ALL Major 3 day holiday weekends is a min of 3 nights!! 10:30 Sharp check out in july and august.HOT TUB, great 3 bedroom with 2 couches do not open
home located just off Hurricane Mountain Road. This home is ideal for families skiing, traveling, exploring, and vacationing; located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from North Conway Village. The main level consists of: one bedroom with a queen size bed and 3/4 bath w/ washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and main living room complete with a couch. The upper level has 2 more bedrooms: one with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds) and the other with a queen bed. The additional full bathroom on this level has a single person Jacuzzi. This property has a brand new indoor porch so no worries about bugs!! There is also a brand new firepit and a big gas grill. (perfect for an evening of fun, after a long day at Storyland!) The homes quaint charm makes a great and quite vacation with woods surrounding home but yet close to village and all amenities. There is so much to do in the MT Washington area that kids and adults will never be bored. I also live in area, and always available to you. Come on up and stay in this beautiful rental, I bet you will be back...If you love being in the country and yet close to everything then this is the home for you. We also allow a small hypoallergenic dog

Property is Amazing. Quiet, Clean,fully loaded with anything you could need. Just like being at home. Kerri really goes out of her way to make sure her guests have a relaxing vacation. She is an amazing host and goes above and beyond with communication.

Location was excellent for our visits with friends in Jackson, Storlyland and outlet shopping in No Conway. We had 4 adults and one baby. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and one is downstairs. The upstairs hall is a 'loft' style and open to the living/kitchen area. We could hear even quiet conversations and middle of the night steps from the bedrooms. The home is on a quiet road with just a few other homes and very little activity. We chose this home for it's sizable screened in porch, gas grill and the outdoor firepit. The hot tub was a bonus! The 2 queen beds were comfortable (we did not use the 4 bunk beds). The downstairs bedroom was a tight fit. The closet was already full of 'extra' stuff (high chair, etc) and there wasn't room to leave our suitcases so we did use the small dresser and got our suitcases out of the room. The dresser was quite wobbly and we had to prop some sticks under the front legs so it wouldn't topple forward when a drawer was opened. I did let Kerri know and she said she would take care of it. It is a cute, somewhat 'rustic' cabin but was quite comfortable for our visit.

Quiet retreat in the North Country

Our family had a great time at this home. It was well equipped with an awesome fire pit and close to everything. The great room/porch was prefect for playing games. The area was very quiet with plenty of wildlife. Definitely would stay again..

Girl's Weekend

The home was cozy and comfortable and in the perfect location! The heated sun room was spacious and accommodating for our group. The hot tub was a bonus! I would definitely recommend this property!

Good Except Checkout

We paid xxx for the cleaning and ended up having to strip our beds, take the trash out and other things upon checkout. An adult weekend we want the least stress so it was kind of annoying we had to do all this before leaving and it was advertised that you had to.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The home was clean and included all amenities. The weather wasn’t great so we had limited time around fire pit but it was very nice. Loved that they had a dumpster on property. House was located close to all surrounding attractions. Definitely recommend.

Just what we wanted!

This was exactly as it said it would be. Check-in process was simple, hot tub was great. We weren’t able to use the fire pit with the weather, but it looked like a great area. This place was everything we wanted it to be to relax after our days of hiking.

Nice house close to everything in North Conway area

Pleasant house, kids loved the bunk beds, great hot tub, fire pit, no issue with wifi, would recommend. Just don't forget your mosquito repellant!!!

Great for Families

Great house in quiet neighborhood near to all summer attractions around North Conway. Host was very responsive and easy to reach. We were a family of grandparents,parents and 2 young boys and dog. We especially enjoyed the spacious enclosed porch and living room. The hot tub and fire pit were used every night. The only thing I would note is that although there are mini splits for air conditioning in the great room and porch, there are only fans in the bedrooms. Evenings were cool when we stayed so it wasn’t an issue. Would return again.

great location

My family requested another stay at this convenient house. We have plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the large yard. The roof over the hot tub allowed us to enjoy it in the rain. We love being close to Storyland, the outlets and North Conway train station, playground and shops.

Great location!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice. Close to everything in the area. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Central air and a jacuzzi kept us comfortable and made us feel like we were truly on vacation. Can’t wait to come back to the area.

Nice location, would come back

Seven of us (4 adults, 3 kids) stayed here for an extended long weekend. The house is in a quiet area, but close to the center of North Conway. Great location for quiet, but still able to get places very easily. The screened in room was perfect for hanging out. We had a nice fire in the fire pit one night. Firewood is available down the road. Host is easy to work with. You might need to bring towels, or be prepared to wash them before you leave.

Excellent family mountain getaway!

This property had everything in the pictures & more! The kitchen had everything we needed, even spices & plenty of cookware, which is great for big families like ours. The hot tub was perfect along with the fire pit being a great spot at night. Overall one of the greatest properties we have stayed in.
