We have stayed at this condo for many years when coming back home to visit family. The condo is always clean and stocked with the items listed. The owners communicated thoroughly leading up to our stay and also followed up with us after checkin. It is a comfort to know if you need anything during your stay the owners are quick to respond. We look forward to our return trip next summer!

The best part of this experience was our communication with David. He provided great information on check-in, wonderful suggestions for activities and food, responded quickly to any questions and resolved a minor issue within very short order. The condo is beautifully adorned and very clean and looks right out onto the water. They provide really great amenities such as pool towels, grilling tools, small makeup remover packs, water in the fridge, sunscreen. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and remarkable. This was an exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our children. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. David provided clear, detailed instructions and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Its convenient location also made it easy to access a variety of fun family-friendly activities nearby. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were able to get away for a few days and this was the perfect location! The unit had beautiful views of Lake Erie, the neighborhood was extremely walkable, local restaurants were delicious, and the space was quiet and clean.

Stay on the water

Such a great spot for a weekend getaway. Communication with the hosts was excellent and the place was super clean. Located right in the heart of downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. Felt safe and was easy to come and go as needed.

Perfect place to stay

We loved our stay here. It had the perfect view of the Goodtime and Cedar Point. Being from Sandusky originally and having not been back in a few years, it was nice to soak it all in with the view. It also made the perfect spot for my partner to get ready on our wedding day.

Well Run Condo With Great View

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. Condo is very clean, nicely appointed, and has the view of the Jackson Street Pier and the lake. David and Christine are wonderful hosts.

This property is conveniently located near some of the best attractions on Lake Erie: Put-in-Bay, Kelley's Island, Pelee Island, Middle Bass Island, and Cedar Point. We are proud to be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. Furthermore, this property offers amenities unlike any others. We have a great pool, full-stocked fitness center, transient marina next door and ferries to and from our favorite destinations!

We fell in love with this property when the notion of turning this historic building into condos first surfaced. The Chesapeake Lofts was built in a former paper factory, in fact, it was the company that invented corrugated cardboard boxes! We love the open, industrial feel of the condo, paired with the historical richness of the brick architecture. The views are absolutely breathtaking over Sandusky Bay, and catching a glimpse of a freighter as it arrives and departs the Sandusky coal docks is truly remarkable! We hope you enjoy this one-of-a-kind unit as much as we do!
