Great location to see all the sights in Manitou Springs & walking trail to Garden of the Gods. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 5 adults. Very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the Hot tub. We would stay again.

Perfect spot blocks from the Garden of Gods. The house met all our needs and allowed for some good relaxation.

Easy location

The home is in an older part of town but has been kept up well. We had great space for the kids to run, play and be entertained. We had a brief issue with the TV WiFi and the owner was very quick to respond and resolve. The glasses in the cupboard were not cleaned well so we washed dishes before we used anything. Overall good beds, nice house set up and comfortable stay!

A wonderful location and a great property

We were looking for a quiet place to relax with the family and dogs that was near local sites, restaurants and shopping. It met our expectations and more. Well equipped and spacious with a great backyard for dining as the sun goes down. A couple of blocks from Garden of the Gods, a mile from the shops and restaurants of Manitou Springs and close to the Colorado Springs metro area.

Garden of the Gods

Great location. It was great to be within walking distance of Garden of the Gods trail heads and minutes from Manitou Springs. The house was just as listed: a nice hot tub and pool table and 4 bedrooms for everyone to spread out and relax.

Ruined Family Vacation

House is in a great location. A/C went out 2 days in a row which caused all of us to leave early, dishwasher didnt work. Management company, Hoste customer service rep was very rude when i called with the issues. They didnt have permisson to enter while we were out becuaee we had a dog but they did anyways. thank goodness we decide to take him with us. I will never rent from anything Hoste manages again. BTW no return for the loss of family time!

Great Location

This house was perfect for us. We were able to easily get around and experience lots of activities. It’s within 5 minutes of Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes from the cog railway or the Cliff Dwellings, 20 minutes to the AirForce Academy. We decided to go to a concert at Red Rocks which was about 90 minutes away. Hot tub was very chlorinated but useable (we were in daily but with the bubbles on low or it would get too foamy). Our family had a great time and we were pleased with the communication, location and functionality. Would/will stay again!

Beautiful home

Everything was great about this home. If you have a dog, the yard is not fully fenced. Our dog kept wandering out of the fence while we were in the hot tub and we could not let the dog stay in the backyard when we left the house without the dog. Other than this pretty important issue, hot tub was amazing, location is perfect and the home was very comfortable.

Colorado vacation

It was the perfect place for us. Close to many hiking trails and numerous attractions. Beautiful little neighborhood minutes from little downtown areas, yet nestled away from the choas that usually comes with that type of location. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Getaway

My family really enjoyed staying at this location. The property was clean and a convenient distance from everything, especially the Garden of the Gods. My kids also enjoyed the pool table. This place helped us “unplug” and create some wonderful family memories.

Great home had some issues with heat in home.

The house was great however the heat in the home was cold. It wouldn't allow us to turn up heat higher than 68 and went as low as 60 in the evenings. Very cold. The couch in front room one of the legs was propped up against the couch. Was still able to sit on couch comfortably. Otherwise great location and hot tub was amazing!

My children and fiancé had an amazing stay the home was well equipped with everything from board games to pool table to beings able to watch movies etc! dirty, under equipped

house is seriously dated, poor quality interior kitchen dirty - eg picking up a glass that was upside down in the cabinet. it was stuck to the shelf - gross! old food in cabinets kitchen under equipped. no toaster. 2 plastic wine glasses an 2 small glasses for a place that is supposed to sleep 8! to be fair we did not reach out to the property management as we were too busy. i am asking for a refund in the cleaning fee as the place was not clean and we had to wash all the dishes and kitchen items prior to use.

Not what it appears

I’m sure at one time this was a nice place to stay. Due to lack of cleaning and general maintenance it is turning into a pig sty. Seeing the last reviews comment about the yard needing tending, nobody did anything. The piles of leaves and the filthy hot tub are just the start. If maintained the yard would be a great place to hang out. Going inside the floors are filthy, had to wipe up water spill and the towel was brown, there are many lightbulbs that need replacing and housekeeping is just surface cleaning at best. Dishwasher leaks, very slow drain in guest bathroom, registers in hallway are filthy, stovetop was greasy, exhaust fans in bathrooms haven’t been dusted in months and the rooms fan blades aren’t dusted we turned one on and got flying dirt...in conclusion we left the place cleaner than it began!

Overall, the house is fine. Generally clean, but yard needs some work. In great location for all area activities. Management company was responsive to a couple items we needed addressed day of arrival.
