Maui Vista #2110 - Ground Floor! REDUCED RATES! BEDROOM AC, near beach!!

Maui Vista is one of the most centrally located condo complexes in Kihei and only a 25 minute drive from the airport. We are within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Across the street is Charlie Young Beach where you can view the most magnificent sunrises and sunsets you'll ever see. Wailea is just 5 minutes away and Paia, known for it's old town charm, many trendy restaurants and shops including and beautiful beaches a short walk or drive from town.

Our condo is a comfortable air-conditioned (in both the bedroom and living room - on 4-hour timers) one-bedroom, one-bath that sleeps 4 utilizing the double-sized sofa-bed. As a ground floor unit we have an extra large Lanai with views of the garden and the swimming pool (one of three) is only steps away. Charlie Young Beach, also known as Kamaole I is only a walk across the street.

The health and safety of our guests, homeowners, and employees is our number one priority. Our vacation rentals minimize person-to-person contact with private amenities and entry via lockboxes. After each reservation, our condos are sanitized and disinfected with expert cleaning in line with current CDC guidelines.

This NON-SMOKING vacation condominium is one of the larger end units on the ground level in Building Two. For your total comfort, we have both bedroom and living room air conditioning units and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.

You’ll find all the comforts and furnishings of home in our condo for either short or extended stays:
• Fully equipped kitchen—stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, small appliances (Keurig coffee maker regular coffee maker, french press, toaster, blender, rice cooker), dishes, cookware, iron & ironing board.

We even supply a beach wagon to manage your beach gear effortlessly (a must if you are also juggling children!) Charlie Young Beach is one of the most gorgeous white sand beaches in Maui and known as one of the best. It is common to see Sea Turtles swimming close to the shore and Whales in the distance during whale season.

Our stay was amazing!! This condo has everything you would ever need and more!! We stayed as a family of 5 it was tight and we knew well ahead but this space was great for us all sleeping, showering and adventuring outside!The condo was very clean! This was our 3rd time staying on Maui vista grounds and they are so well kept and clean! Our host was amazing also! Communicating extra through the storm to ensure us it was safe to come! Maui never disappoints! We will be back as soon as we can!

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. We truly appreciate that it was stocked with all the basics and tons of fun extras to make beach trips comfortable. The beach is walkable, but we chose to drive down farther and had no problem finding parking. The pool is right outside and we used it, too. No complaints here!

Great Place to Stay!

Aloha! We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect for walking to close beaches or driving a short distance to Big Beach. The location in the condo complex is one of the best because it's away from the busy road and the lanai is quite private. The kitchen has everything you need, and the place is quite spacious with a very comfortable bed. We will take back fond memories of ordering take-out from Paia Fish house and enjoying it on the lanai with a bottle of wine!

Perfect for Us

Maui Vista is a great complex for those that want to stay in a quiet area close to lots of restaurants and a great beach! We had four adults in our unit and it worked out perfect! It isn’t huge, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. While we didn’t do a-lot of cooking, there was plenty of cooking items! Washer and dryer were great to have along with all of the beach equipment! There was an a/c unit, but we didn’t need it! The fans kept things cool enough. For the price, this is an excellent place to stay!

A few nights is just right

We selected this location due to its close proximity to the airport, shopping and the beach gear. Lots of families renting properties and those kids take over all the pools. If you have kids, this is great for you. The unit is lightly stocked with supplies compared to other rentals. Bring what you need and assume it’s not in here. Still a decent place for a quick touchdown after flying all day.

Great Getaway!

We were looking for an affordable place to do a 6 day vacation on Maui. Bri's property delivered! She had all of the supplies we needed: beach supplies, coolers, icepacks, kitchen gadgets, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. The only thing that I could note to be addressed is that the window screens were broken. However, Bri was aware of this and had notes on them warning us to not open them. Oh! and everything was very clearly laid out and there were gentle reminders on everything (ex. don't accidentally leave one of the fridge doors open-- it will flood). She seems to have thought of everything. It was a great place to stay!

Nice little location, near beaches. Nice apartment/condo complex, clean, quiet & good security keeps eye on area. Easy check in & out. Nicely furnished, with everything we needed. We did need to buy some more toilet paper & small things but they provided enough for a few days. They had boogie boards, beach chairs, a wagon to carry stuff, snorkeling equipment, and a bunch of stuff for kids too. Only thing is bedroom air conditioner is a bit noisy but effective in cooling bedroom and another in living room. Maybe bring ear plugs but we slept with no problem. Ceiling fans too. Bed was comfortable but maybe pillows could be softer. This was our first vrbo we tried and We would come back to this place again if we return to Maui. Check out easy with throw out all the trash and put all used dishes in dishwasher, run it leave keys inside and go. Overall excellent place. Good job!!!

Overall great stay

We enjoyed our stay here, great location in central Kihei, close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the beach, quiet and comfortable. We didnt experience any major issues with the property or our stay. Everything went smoothly and honestly we didnt experience anything we could consider a problem . Some notes for the owner, over all, everything was great. We did notice a couple things that were more of a minor annoyances than issues. But nothing we would consider worth avoiding this listing over. - ensure there are enough paper towels/garbage bags. We had roughly 1/3 of a roll of paper towel for a week, and 3 garbage bags for a 9 day stay. It would be nice to have a little extra on these since we did cook in the condo and did our best to bring garbage out regularly so it didnt pile up. But again, no major issue here, we got by with what we had, just ran out of stuff before even the 3rd night. - AC timer in the livingroom should be updated like the one in the bedroom. It again more of an annoyance having to set these regularly, but the one in the lvingroom wasnt operating very well, sometimes the knob had to be wiggled to start the timer. I get why these are in place with the energy cost in hawaii, but this should be updated a bit to make it easier to operate. Outside of these we had not issues, everything was great, bre was attentive to our check in and questions. Everything was clearly labeled and taken care of. This is a great place to stay

Excellent location but a bit uncomfortable

Despite its excellent location and wonderful customer service from Bri, I likely wouldn’t stay here again. The mattress and sofa beds were so uncomfortable (though Bri informed us that she’s replacing the sofa bed), so much so that we had to buy an air mattress and a mattress pad (paid for by Bri. Again - super awesome). There are AC units but they run on a 1 hour timer. For a tropical island with a hot climate, this was very frustrating. I barely slept because it was humid in the room and had to get up every hour to turn the AC back on. The TV in the bedroom was fuzzy. The space felt crowded. If it were just me and my partner, it would have been perfect but there were four of us and we were on top of each other. The lanai and community pool were excellent features.

The property was recommended by the mother of the bride. There were over 16 guests that chose to stay in the complex and everyone agreed we had the best unit! Everything was perfect and it was hard to come home. A truly lovely vacation and an ideal place to temporarily call home.

Nice little condo. Check in was easy. When entering the unit, found the condo hadn't been cleaned very well. Bathroom was dirty, especially around the toilet area. Floors hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed. Carpets in bedroom haven't been professional cleaned in sometime. Definitely needs improvement. Owner did refund cleaning deposit. Condo was overall comfortable.

Why they chose this property

After looking at many, many condos in Maui trying to find the best in terms of amenities, location, management, affordability...I found Maui Vista to encompass everything that I was looking for and at a price good enough to be able to transfer the saving on to you! This property has style, very good management, beauty, location near beaches and walking distance to all your needs, well maintained grounds, tennis courts, pools, BBQ's and much much more which makes this property perfect. This condo in particular has one of the biggest Lanai's and is just steps from the pool and tennis courts. As a ground floor there is no need to walk too far with groceries. It is safe for kids to play and the room itself is comfortable, clean and full of possibilities. There is an A/C unit in the bedroom and living room and a brand new cabinet bed in place of the sleeper sofa for a much better sleeping experience having a solid base and thick mattress. I own the condo immediately next door as well so please let me know if you are interested in renting both!

Kihei has much to offer. The proximity to one of the best beaches in Maui and the layout of Maui Vista with plenty of parking, pools, tennis courts and BBQ's on beautiful grounds make it an all encompassing perfect place to be. Here is just some of what you can enjoy:

Kihei is beach-combing territory on Maui’s southwest shore, the sunniest, driest end of the island. Once a regular destination for sojourning Hawaiian royalty, Kihei features six miles of beaches, which offer clear views of Kahoolawe, Molokini, Lanai and West Maui. Along with swimming and surfing you can also find great snorkeling and kayaking, and you may even spot a giant humpback whale spouting or breaching the ocean’s surface.

Kihei’s Kalama Beach Park has shady lawns and palm trees dotting its 36-oceanfront acres. A blink away are Kalpolepo, Waipuilani and the three beaches of Kamaole.
