We loved the location of the condo. Condo was clean, there were only a couple minor hiccups that can be easily fixed. Would definitely rent again.

Wintergreen Mountain

This place has been near and dear to our hearts for many year 5 years to be exact. We visit this every year as part of our offroading event. The place has great charm and nice decore. Thr kitchen is very functional. My feed back is since the past few years the master bed has always sagged in the middle (taco bed) so restful sleep of 2 is challenging. A minor item is this time was that the hand soap in kitchen and showers (body wash, shampoo,and conditioner) were empty or near empty so we know that the cleaning team missed some things. Either way we will be back again next year and hope that things will be corrected.

Great location, place is okay

We didn't go to sit in the house, and that was a good thing. It is cozy in a well-loved sort of way, which was a relief for our family with small children - nothing too delicate and the kitchen is stocked for kids, too. The location, right near the Market and walkable to the slopes, is ideal! There are thoughtful touches throughout, such as shampoo/conditioner/coffee filters supplied, lots of board games and Roku tv's set up with several logins. There were a few things which took away from our stay which I would consider helpful tips if we were to return. First, the hot water runs out really quickly, so don't expect that your group can all warm up with showers immediately after a day on the slopes. Second, the back bedroom and bath seem to be on different (if any) heat and it got uncomfortably cold at night (outside temps were frigid while we were there). There are lots extra blankets, but you will need them! Third, there is very little light - this place is on the lower level and there are few overhead lights; in the second bedroom there is only one little paper box light, which made it difficult to see in suitcases and impossible to play or read. All-in-all a great base camp, but our experience would have been less positive if we had been forced to stay in due to weather.

Short ski trip

The location of the unit was perfect! Although a short walk uphill to the ski lift and lodge, could be done. It was quiet when we were there over new years. The unit was surface clean, but light fixtures and fans, groves in the couch and bedding were dusty and full of crumbs. Cooking utensils were very scarce and needed an update. There were plenty items if you had toddlers, but we did not.

Cute and Cozy

Had a nice stay with our family of 4. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable! Board games, card games, Disney+, and fireplace were great for downtimes. Dickie Brothers Apple Farm had delicious apples for picking and yummy apple cider donuts, apple fritters, and apple cider slushees. Property management was helpful!

long weekend

We enjoyed the property it was very clean very comfortable we had concerns with the safety of the showers no very slippery and no hand rails or handles a flo or plan issue with the steps to the living area ( not owner flaut but a simple fix the HVAC duct is extremely loud and blow only ambient air Please note we only bring these points up for safety and comfort otherwise we would rent again

Wonderful Anniversary Trip

My husband and I have stayed at this condo several times and each time it has been amazing. It was very clean, well stocked and had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It’s a great spot for getting on hiking trails and the market and restaurants are a short walk away. Already lookin forward to going back!

Great find

Cute and comfortable condo, perfect for our ski weekend. Not a bad walk to the ski slopes - Even our 5 year old could do it. :) FYI, there is no pool or hottub access during the winter (I did not see that information posted on the website). Also, this is not a condo that has tons of supplies on hand - you should plan to bring all condiments, and ziplock bags/foil, etc, and laundry detergent if you plan to use the washing machine. But the market is very close by and stocks almost everything you would need.

Peaceful time

We went for my son’s graduation at LU even it was far away, we didn’t regret after a long day coming to rest in a quiet place full of the nature. The host is very thoughtful we details around the house, they have provided with almost every posible need a family can have. We will definitely come back again!

Great St. Patrick's Day Stay!

We had a great stay over St. Patrick's Day 2023 on our way to NC. Condo was clean with easy check in. Very quiet building, great location. As described and pet friendly. Market & local resort area bars and restaurant's walkable. We went down mountain to other restaurants / winery's /brewery's and had a great time. Locals very friendly, especially Matt at the Edge bar /rest. at Wintergreen! Thanks for providing a great place to enjoy the mountains!

Perfect location for hiking

The location was perfect for hiking. Just a short walk and we were on hiking paths. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The bed pillows could use an update and we had to clean off the patio chairs in order to sit outside but other than that everything was as expected.

We had a great weekend at this condo, which was exactly as it appears on VRBO. It was very well maintained and very clean. The location was close to everything. Highly recommended!

Great, well-stocked home close to everything

What a great condo! The decor was really well-done, house was very clean, and I was surprised to find a lot of things stocked that you would normally have to take with you. Both bathrooms were equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and towels. Laundry room had detergent and dryer sheets. Kitchen had all basic spices and oils and the dishes we needed to prep breakfasts plus paper towels and trash bags, even bug spray which was great. The house was very dog friendly, and the access out the back door to grassy yard was perfect for doing business. The location is fantastic- easy walk to The Market which was very well-stocked with just about anything you could need, and close to the Mountain Inn and restaurants. The pool was much larger than it looked in photos, and just across the street from the condo. The rental price was the best we found in the area and I was pleasantly surprised at how roomy and nice this condo is. Loved the layout of the home too- very nice to have the bedrooms separated by the floor plan. All in all great house- we would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful, cozy family retreat!

Beautiful fun condo to spend a long weekend with the family. We had a great time up in the mountains - location to all the Wintergreen activities was great. Kids thoroughly enjoyed all the games, puzzles, televisions in the bedrooms, and pool access. My one minor complaint is since the condo is on the ground floor and it had been raining a lot, it was very damp and had a slight smell of mildew, which kicked up my and one of my kid's allergies. There was an air freshener, but that was just masking and making the allergies worse. A small dehumidifier would have made a world of difference in there, but with some Claritin it wasn't too bad and I'm sure in the winter with the heat on the smell is non-existent. Would definitely visit again in the fall or winter, lovely visit!
