New listing- Five minute walk to slopes and village!

This beautifully maintained two bedroom, two bath loft style condo is just a short walk to the main lodge, restaurants and ski slopes. First floor Master bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet and a TV with DVD player. Main floor living room has a big screen Smart TV with cable, and free internet. Wood burning fireplace in living room with firewood provided. Well appointed kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer in unit. Full bathroom on main level.
Loft bedroom has a private full bath, is great for another couple, or your kids. It has a full bed, futon, and a high-riser. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. During the summer months enjoy the private deck, and private pool for Laurelwood guests only.
The Market, for any extra provisions you may need, or pizza for the kids, is just at the end of the street.

This is a great location, short walk to the lodge (but maybe difficult in ski boots). The condo was nice and clean, plenty of room, and any questions I had were quick to be answered. I would stay here again, no doubt.

Super cozy place to stay. incredibly welcoming. The location couldn't be more perfect. The Kemps are fantastic hosts offering a well stocked place, and they are also incredibly responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a cozy, super conveniently located condo on Wintergreen. Everything is as described, it was a great place to touch down in between a weekend at the Rockfish Rodeo, Lake Monacan, and just enjoying Wintergreen!

Great spot for a ski weekend

We had a great time here for a 3 day - 2 night ski weekend. The place was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend and clean. It was a great spot for a family to stay.

Another wonderful visit. The Nut House has everything we need for a great stay. Very comfortable, located in the heart of Wintergreen. And we love that it has its own pool in the complex. It's our go to for our annual trip to Wintergreen.

Sue Kemp had prompt answers to every question and was most kind to my family, who have the condo next door, and to me. The condo was cosy, with every amenity and plenty of instructions posted near amenities that were foreign to me, which added a great deal to the holiday. I will definitely be back here when my family is vacationing there.

Clean, cozy and convenient location!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool is a nice amenity and you can’t beat the convenience of the location with the proximity to Wintergreen resort.

This place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the most well stocked and organized rental I’ve ever stayed in. It’s small, but the loft is roomy and everything was comfortable. The location is great. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Property and Location! Perfect Fit!

Stayed here on March 5 - 7th with my family. Loved the condo, nice location, nice accommodations. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. Well laid out condo. Short walk up to the slopes and the Market!

We purchased this condo as a place to escape and relax. Our family loves to ski, and Wintergreen is beautiful resort and is easily accessible! We love coming here year round as well. There are lakes, and hiking trails, shopping and restaurants. Winery and brewery tours too.

Why they chose this property

We have rented here many times before purchasing our condo, We love that it is a short walk to the slopes, has a private pool, and the market is just at the end of the street!

What makes this property unique

We love the fact that there are no steps on our walkway, and our master bedroom is on the first floor.
