Crystal Beach is one of the most beautiful beach side neighborhoods on the gulf coast. A mix of vacation rentals and locals this lovely small neighborhood with it's quiet streets, ocean breeze with direct access to the stunning white beaches with proximity to everything you need makes it the perfect beach destination. Minutes from shopping at Destin Commons, with its movie theater, boutiques, and restaurants. Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Championship golf courses are a short drive away.

You have the entire house

Our beautiful beach house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 16 guests.

The beach is literally steps away from our house. We are the 3rd house from the beach access so it’s not even 1min walk to Pompano public beach access.

We welcome any responsible group (additional deposit apply if under 25 see below).

We are pet friendly! Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee (per pet). If you plan to bring more than 5, contact us.

We have a beautiful private pool (optional heating with a fee) in our large fenced yard for those times you need a break from the beach. Chaise Lounges, hammock, and a 5 burner gas grill for cookouts (propane provided).

Pool can be heated per your request for $50/night (full stay only). Pool heating is paid separately after you book.

Upstairs Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, utilities, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large dining area and breakfast bar seating.

A large Florida room with a kitchenette and a bathroom watching over the pool so you don't even have to go into the house for refreshments or a quick break.

65” Smart HD TV and sound system in the living room and Smart HD TV’s in the other rooms.

The kitchen, living room, dining room, Large deck, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are all in the SECOND level of the house. In the main level (where you enter) there are two bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Florida room near the pool with a kitchenette (small fridge, microwave).

1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room as an extra bed

A pack and play for your tote is also available. We do not provide linens, pillow or blanket for the Pack n Play crib.

Bathrooms:
One Full Bathroom Upstairs with a tub/shower combo.
Two Large bathroom downstairs:
Hallway has a soaking tub
Florida room one has a walk in shower.

Also available:
High Speed internet with AC WiFi that even extends into the pool.
Smart HD TVs in all rooms.
Washer and Dryer. Laundry detergent provided.
Beach chairs, beach cart and some beach toys.

Front Deck:
Beautiful huge deck going out from the living room with swing and rocking chairs and dining table

PLEASE NOTE: If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book. If everyone are under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property.

We love the beach and we love to host so we bought a beach house in our favorite location and decided to rent it for others to enjoy it while we're not there. We put our hearts into this house to make it beautiful comfortable and fun for every group any time of the year. We are sure you, your family, and friends (even those 4 legged ones) will have a perfect beach vacation.

You can walk or bike safely in the neighborhood. Car is recommended. You can also rent a street legal golf cart that is great to get around the area and to the beach.

Well behaved Pets are welcome with a $150/per pet pet fee (6 pets max)

We welcome any group of responsible guests however if the majority adult guests are under 25 we require a $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property.

No parties or events allowed on the property. Max occupancy is 16 people at any given time.
The City has quiet hours strictly enforced 10pm-7am
