Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is a short walk away from Crystal Beach. We really enjoyed the pool! Everything was close and we didn't have to travel far for whatever we needed. Beautiful home!

Great Home in the middle of everything

Really enjoyed our month long stay at this property! We had a couple of issues (washer/dryer and pool pump) that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend for large groups because the house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

Perfect for large groups!

The house slept everyone comfortably, and it was bigger than it appeared in the pictures! We were a group of 17. The pool, when it got heated, was super warm. The back yard was nice, too. The location was perfect. I was scared about the walk to the beach, but it was not bad at all. It was a pretty walk! 11/10 recommend!

Beach vacation last minute plan change

We had to change our vacation destination due to hurricane Ian. So we booked this Friday and arrived Saturday. Had no issues with booking last minute everything went smoothly. The property was beautiful and made our first trip to Destin a great experience. The walk to the beach was not to bad and shopping and restaurants where close to the house. I highly recommend staying here if you have a large family or group of friends.

Repeat Tradition

We decided to gather as a family for Thanksgiving in spite of COVID. We felt very well taken care of. The home was so clean. The kitchen had just about everything necessary to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. The neighborhood felt very clean and safe and the walk to the beach was nothing to complain about! Be sure to check out Camille’s for breakfast, it’s the perfect stop on your way back from a morning walk on the beach. We are already dreaming about Thanksgiving 2021!

Great location

The property is overall great. The home is amazing but needs some work. For example the blinds at the entrance was broken and looks like it was ate off, the dryer does not dry clothes, and the pool was dirty on the walls and at the bottom (a cleaning robot) could help. There was cigarette butts everywhere on the property. The pool umbrella was broken as well. But the stay was great anyway because I was able to enjoy family.

Amazing house

We booked this house for a "family reunion" Property manager let us in a few hours early. The house was very clean, and amazingly well stocked. Any and all kitchen utensils you could think of, crock pot, blender, dishwasher etc. There were 15 people in our party, 12 adults and 3 children 3-5. Plenty of room for all. Pool area was clean and tidy. Tips: bring plenty of toiletries, TP, soap, dishwasher soap. Towels and washcloths were surprisingly ample for that many people. Overall I'd give 5 out of 5 and would definitely stay again

2nd time staying here, another great experience here

2nd time staying here, we just love staying at this house. It is pet friendly, has heated pool (at extra cost), very roomy and spacious, close to the beach (8 minutes walking), and near a lot of shopping in Destin. I don't have any negatives to speak about. Two lessons we learned staying here, as it happened on both stays, 1) pool heater stops working after a couple days, we had to call both times to have it looked at, service team was out within the hour. 2) grill didn't have propane either time, also had to call but also had service team out within an hour. These were low impact issues that didn't disrupt our stay and were promptly fixed. Overall, a great experience in paradise!

Awful communication

Property managers lacked proper communication both on the listing and during our stay. They failed to communicate important information leading up to the trip, each person we spoke with told us different things so no one was on the same page, and the way that they spoke to us was demeaning and insulting. The location of the house is not only in a neighborhood, but the neighbors were literally 5 feet from the house so it was impossible to keep from disturbing them, especially when we wanted to use the pool in the evening. They also evicted us from the property a day early with 15 minutes to gather 18 people’s stuff for the sole reason that our primary renter had to leave early the last day for work. We found them both unreasonable and disrespectful.

Good proximity to area amenities

The house was a little worn, for the price we paid. Also, we arrived early, 7 hours before check in, and tried to see if we could drop stuff at the house or use the pool. This was at 2 pm, 2 hours before check in. Being that we spent nearly so much to stay here, I figured they would accommodate us since the house was already clean and a prior review had bragged of the listing letting them in early. But did I get in an hour or two early? NO!!! If I was the house owner, I would be upset that they didn't accommodate a simple request. Instead, we had to sleep in the car in a parking lot for an hour or two since we were exhausted, and exiled from the house until 4. I am a professional and have stayed at nearly 100 places like this, my request was not out of the ordinary, and I would have paid even a little, but my needs were ignored. As for the house, it's a little dated, and very sparse in extras: beach towels, pool floats, chairs, spices, we literally had to provide everything. I would have been probably a little more inclined to forgive this if it hadn't taken a full day for me to recover from my lack of sleep which would have been solved by letting me in 2 hours early. Location is good, but more chairs on the decks and sitting areas on the 3rd floor is needed. Please take the requests of guests seriously, People who manage these properties, we pay your salaries. Be more cognizant of our needs. Pool boys and maintenance were good, but customers needs come first.

Great girls weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the size of this place for our group of 12. The place definitely shows some wear and tear , but it’s minor stuff. Cooking wear is hit and miss so bring your own pans if you plan to cook. Location is amazing ; porches and balconies have beautiful views , the neighborhood was friendly and fun. Bed were clouds of heaven . We slept 12 very comfortably

This place need work. Only 2 TVs worked. Roaches in the kitchen. Wasps and nests all around back yard. Refrigerator knocking sound constantly. Swimming pool and deck not clean. Strubs blocking gate. Trash left at home upon arrival.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this house. We were very close to the beach. The pool is small but it had a very deep end. It was great that it had a big open room on the top floor for the kids to stay.
