Détente Oceanfront Condo - Vues spectaculaires sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre!

Ce magnifique condo en bord de mer a un charme côtier sud avec une atmosphère relaxante romantique. Situé à l'extrémité sud souhaitable de l'île d'Amelia à Summer Beach. C'est entre le Ritz-Carlton Resort et la plantation Omni Amelia Island. Le cadre est dans une forêt luxuriante, côtière, hamac avec des dunes de sable directement sur l'océan. Les développeurs ont laissé une grande partie de la canopée de l'arbre intacte pour donner une merveilleuse sensation d'intimité et de sérénité. La propriété Amelia Surf and Racquet Club est une station fermée avec un grand parking gratuit en face de l'immeuble. De belles chambres sur l'océan Atlantique sont visibles de chaque pièce. Ce condo est impeccable et décoré pour une escapade à la plage parfaite. Le balcon privé est idéal pour le café du matin et regarder les dauphins jouer dans les vagues ou siroter des boissons pendant que le soleil se couche. Pour votre commodité, nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des serviettes, un parapluie et une petite glacière. Il y a une cuisine entièrement équipée et laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il dispose d'un tout nouveau matelas hybride haut de gamme pour une nuit de sommeil parfaite.

Ce condo a 2 grandes piscines privées avec beaucoup de chaises longues. Vous apprécierez les brises de l'océan, les dunes immaculées couvertes d'avoine et les plages de sable blanc. Amelia Island offre 21 km de plages, plus de 100 restaurants, de superbes pistes cyclables et de marche, un bord de rivière historique du centre-ville et des parcours de golf de classe mondiale tout autour de l'île.

My husband and I spent May 24th-May 28, 2026 here. The condo was immaculate and supplied extremely well. I was impressed with our host, Nancy’s attention to detail with her creative decorating. Our location was right over the pool which then leads to a boardwalk directly to the gorgeous beach. Highly recommend this place. Will certainly recommend to friends and hope to stay there again.

I can’t say enough about our stay. We stayed for 10 days to celebrate our 42nd Anniversary. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated and fully stocked. Our host Nancy thought of everything to make our vacation stress free. She was quick to respond and accommodate changes in our plans. Communication was outstanding. I felt like we were renting from a trusted friend. The location was perfect, close to the beach and all the island highlights like horseback riding, fort clinch, beachfront dining and historical downtown. Each night we would relax with a cocktail on the balcony. Listening to the waves and watching the lightening show in the sky was a nightly treat for us. You will leave here already planning a return trip. Thank you to Nancy and Team.

This is our 2nd stay in this unit. We were there for 10 days. It's absolutely perfect for a couple's vacation The owner Nancy is fantastic! Checked in prior and during our stay. Everything was as pictured. Very clean and well appointed! We already have our 27' trip planned!

We’re Nancy and Christophe, the proud new owners of this little piece of paradise. We instantly fell in love with it and decided to keep everything just as it is — it’s already so beautiful! The wonderful previous owners Cindy and Tony have moved on to an exciting new chapter in their lives, and we’re grateful to continue their legacy of care.

We’ve called Florida home since the early nineties and absolutely love the island lifestyle. Nancy grew up in Pennsylvania, and Christophe was raised in Switzerland — together, we’ve been married for 32 years with two beautiful grown children and share a passion for coastal living.

We personally own and manage this condo with the same love and attention we give our own home. Our exceptional cleaning team keeps everything spotless and inviting for your arrival. Our goal is simple: to offer you a relaxing retreat where you can unwind, soak in the peaceful ocean views, watch the spectacular sunrises, and enjoy all the natural beauty that Amelia Island has to offer.
